Obama has stepped way over his constitutional authority. He ordered his AG to no longer enforce DOMA, because Obama thought it was unconstitutional. It doesn't matter if anyone agrees with it or not, it's a Federal law, and It is not his job or right to decide whether or not a law is constitutional. That's what the Judicial Branch is for.

I think Obama while intelligent, is nothing more than a self-serving spoiled brat.
He saw an opportunity, to get a really cool job and went for it.
While most of what he is doing seems ridiculous, it's also entirely possible that he knows stuff that we are not privy to and is acting accordingly.

It could also be he is just grabbing everything he can, because after the White house, what's next? Lock up the silver...

It could be that everything we see is just multi-distractions to keep us off balance...

No, I'm not worried at all. He has done nothing but try to make the lives of the American people better by getting the healthcare bill passed, getting us out of Iraq ahead of schedule and winding down the Afghan war. If the GOP would cooperate more could be done. We would have already made a huge dent in the deficit if they had passed the tax reform that Obama wanted but they had to maintain the tax breaks and lower income tax for their wealthy buddies and corporate donors. He need another 4 years and a Democratic House and Senate to get done what he needs to do.
