Are you tired of the same self-serving posts on Sodahead's News & Politics Section?

I notice this tendency more amongst conservative posters but liberal posters aren't blameless. I see too many posts on here that essentially force a person to reaffirm a person's view, either affirmatively (with answers that say "Yes I believe like you do") or negatively (with answers that say "No, I'm a big moron!") Are you tired of this or do you think that people who want to debate should go on to other posts? Discuss!

This. The one sided biased loaded questions are a little absurd. The liberals are the worst perpetrators of this too, although a few conservatives do it too.

You get points and friends by posting quality questions. The self serving answer options are likely to get ignored. Such a poll is more of a rant than a poll. You have to ignore the whole thing or hang a comment on someone else's posts, because you have to vote first otherwise.

I just ignore those polls. It's clear they don't wish to have dialog and only wish to associate with those who agree with them. I have no problem leaving them to themselves.

It seems that some on here are insecure in their beliefs and prefer questions where any response validates them. Most often, this is done by someone whose beliefs have no basis in fact. Others chime in so they can all remain comfortable in their world of delusions.
