Are you tired of all the race, gender, sex life wars?

I'm fed up with it! I just want to know what others think. Is it really worth it to lobby for or against anything in particular, rather than lobbying to create true equality via natural competition and reasonable compassion?
My ideal governmental extension would be broken down as follows:
Universal Legal System - race/gender/sex life/religion are free from judiciary scrutiny. Motives must be proven on both a subjective and objective basis to achieve conviction, with no "Greater" or "Lesser" degrees of punishment in regards to reasons, except in the case of mental illness or undue stress, in which case the punitive measures would also be both objective and subjective but less than the maximum and consistent with other punitive measures for similar cases. Repeat offenses would have a separate judicial code taking into account an escalating punishment/treatment consistent with failure to comply with US laws in both exactitude and relation. All amendments to the judicial code would require a statistical basis for change, rather than popular consent of acceptance, to prevent circumvention of standards based on race/gender/sex etc..
"Marriage" belongs to Business Law- This is squarely where joint responsibility/ownership of anything should sit, including inheritance and custody issues. This eliminates the entire "Marriage" issue in the political arena.
Any two or more persons who desire to engage in long term responsibility or ownership without a prepared contract, may be entitled to certain benefits/provisions/and statistical inclusions, provided the responsibilities or owned items are only used in the furtherance of familial relations, to include dependents of either/both parties or next of kin upon death, unless other wise designated and acknowledged by all parties engaged.
Charity - No person/group may receive additional state or federal government benefits
based on it's race/creed/sex/political alliance/sexual
preference/religion.
All charitable works undertaken/assisted by the
government would be drawn from a predetermined percentage of a post
collection fund each year, and 50% of that fund would be reserved for
distribution to each state based on its population. States would be held
accountable to prove use of it's funds as charitable, and not spent on
items of State Interests (such as economic stimulus/road
improvement/cosmetic valuation or other populous responsible items that
should be corrected via commerce)
States Rights - States have the right to deny state funded services, aide, benefits, etc.. to those who break state laws that exceed federal jurisdiction. States have no right to enforce punitive measures in the form of restitution, incarceration, servitude, or change in statutes of limitation above or beyond federally approved levels for similar cases; ie; they can't force the maximum without proving that more harm was done to a victim than observed on a median basis for similar criminal circumstances Or another way to put it: I can't receive a higher sentence for speeding in Virginia(because they hate speeders in Portsmouth) than a sex offender receives for his crime in Utah(do I have to explain this?) unless that is in the Federal Judicial Code and also the median for both crimes. (This really happened to me, and I am thankful I have a Texas DL and Texas doesn't care to pursue this. Needless to say, I can't drive in VA any longer, but who cares? I was passing through! The fine on the ticket was listed as $2347.16 for 7mph over at a railroad crossing and included a mandatory court date with 30 days of jail time or other restitution to be determined, for proximity to road construction for endangerment! Talk about overkill!)
Foreign Policy - Our crisis would take precedence over their crisis except via government assisted donations by the people to include paid volunteer work by any unemployed who wish to participate.
In times of no homeland crisis, limited aide can be given in the form of lenient loans in order to foster the mutual alliance of the country in need.
Taxation - No income tax, only sales tax. Taxes based on the sales of mutually agreed upon categories of a non-essential nature, to exclude hygiene, food, basic housing, and any items that are proven to be required to earn a median wage (this will obviously shift based on economy in a natural way, so as to always protect those that are under the median, yet sometimes include those who were previously above the median but fell into harder circumstances during an economic slump)
Military - Emphasis placed on responsibility and efficiency of the fighting force to include freedom of choice for certain equipment items and outfitting methods, rather than massive government contracted items/methods that often just don't work and spend tax payer's money uselessly. (ie; one bad decision affects the whole naval fleet or one massively large order of armor underprotects the whole battalion of Marines.) We already see drastic improvements in the work lives of soldiers/sailors by allowing more and more personal gear to be bought under the regulation of the services yet funded by an allowance. As a former sailor, I thank God for Home Depot and Under Armour when times get tough! Also, no more Golf courses! That's a shamefully large chunk of the Military's budget pie to build/maintain!
There is much more, but I haven't the time to express all of it except to say that there should be more equality from top to bottom!

The points you make here are so wise and logical that I am entirely mystified why no one has made it the law.
