I listened to all the GOP predictions of a Romney landslide, and then I checked Nate Silver's 538 blog and saw the election was headed in the opposite direction.

Silver turned out to be right on every state. Kudlow, Morris and company turned out to be out of their minds.

No I'm wait for the economy to bounce back not a landslide it hasn't done anything but get smaller and smaller but you have grown your unemployment numbers AGAIN, and new food stamp recipients 437000 a record high. Another mile stone you guys added another 1.1 trillion to the debt our children will have to pay for AND YOU'RE PROUD OF THAT??? The CBO projects 21 trillion by2016 and your laughing? People get hired and fired every day, regardless of who is in the White House. What policies have changed in the short time since the election that could have caused a sudden firing of people?

We know there were employers who threatened their workers with job loss if Obama was re-elected, and some of them even followed through, but now they must figure out how to run their companies with no employees.

The economy is improving all the time. Unemployment is still down, the stock market is double from where it was at the depth of Bush's recession, and the housing market has stabilized.

Don't believe everything you see on the RW blogs, or you hear from Rush, who is getting purple trying to explain why he was so wrong about the election.

You can keep talking about violence in the streets, or secession, or any of the other lunacies. The rest of the country is moving on.

Ok you saying you didn't hear about small company's firing enough employees to get to the 49 employee cutoff? Did you miss pepsi laid off 4000 employees nov 7th anticipating Obama care, and many other company's did the same. Now I realize the thousands of layoffs in the coal and power industry got past you also, ya know Jeremiah I'm disappointed in you, I thought you was smarter than that, but we shall see when the economic numbers are released. But if you google it you'll find 100,000 layoffs occurred that week. And Jeremiah, denial won't make it all go away ,and the unemployed is projected to be at 9.1 befor this is over, and we should observe the record unemployment benefits paid last week and food stamp sign ups were a record 437000 last month , the highest ever, so sit back and watch socialism do it's magic. And you ain't seen nothin yet!

Yes, we are all aware of some employers following through on threats to their employees if Obama was re-elected. Now we can watch them try to run their companies with no workers.

The unemployment rate is still at 7.9%. We won't know about any changes until the November numbers are released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Census Bureau.

Your man lost. You are going to have to deal with it and get on with your life.

This past September, Chic Filet made a public statement that it would no longer fund anti-gay groups. So yes, I would say boycotting was successful. If Chic Filet wants to expand into northern markets, they are going to have to change their public image. If they don't want to do that, they are welcome to stay a southern chain. Their decision.

The Republicans would have lost the House two weeks ago if they hadn't gerrymandered their districts to stay in power. House democrats got half a million more votes than the Reps did, if the will of the people had been done, they'd be gone now.
