They're all variants of the same question with the same Conservative vs. Liberal opinions being posted. No one's going to convince each other of anything, making them pointless.

I've been sick since Obummer was elected in 2008, and will most likely upchuck if he is reelected. ALL of his policies are sickening, so my Pepto will be his loss in this election. If he wins, I will continue to suffer until he is gone. Thank God for the law that limited presidencies to two terms. I don't believe America can take 8 more years of Obamanation, let alone 4 more, if he wins!

It doesn't bother me one way or another because it's not like I have to think it out. I know the only choice for me is President Obama, period.

I'm a conservative, please sway me by enlightening me to what is so great about his policies so far. I really haven't seen anything good from any of his policies so far, so please convince me that he's good for America and why he was any more qualified in his 2008 campaign, than Romney is in this presidential run? Be advised that I doubt you will be successful in changing my stance, even though I readily agree that Romney wouldn't be the best choice for the Republican Party (but the field was slim to none in these primaries), he IS a better choice than Obama for the office of President. Maybe he won't stupidly promise to cut the deficit in half in his first year, then proceed to spend trillions more than ALL of the Presidents before him combined. Ya think? PERIOD.

To tell you the truth, I would much rather hear them and everybody talking about what they have done or will do for all Americans. And not just for their party, or ideology. I would rather hear what we need to hear. Instead of what they thing we want to hear.

I don't see how you can say that Obama won't change anything. Just look what he's already changed - We're now on a Socialistic health care plan, through his two so-called "stimulus" plans he has employed a few new (government) people to build a bridge to nowhere and save Nasty Pilousy's San Francisco "GUPPY", while the unemployment rate went way above the 8% he claimed it would never get to and has stayed there for over 40 weeks. He has blamed Bush for all of his own policy failures and claims that he inherited every foul problem in America, when I could sware I heard him say, "Give it to me" and he ran for the office to take it over and "Won the prize" for his race - he didn't inherit a da%n thing, people just aren't smart enough to see the forest because of the trees. If he changed all this and more, why couldn't he sell us out to China like he did the Canadian oil by stoppimg the pipeline that had been cleared by everyone but him.

I've been hearing this type of talk since I was old enough to know what was going on, say about six years old, or 47 years ago. So yes, I am sick of it because no matter who gets in office the world keeps carrying on as if nothing really changed. My own in-laws have been driving me nuts with this talk for 20 years, saying things like, if this guy gets into office you better move to Canada, and then they get in and serve their 4 years or 8, and I still don't see the world collapsing around me. Or all the people saying that if Obama got elected 4 years ago you could kiss all the guns good-bye, guess what I still have my guns and the shooting range which was (GUARANTEED to close if he got elected) is still open for business as usual, again, nothing changed. I quit worrying about stuff many years ago, because 99% of the things we worry about never happen.

Who wins the election is really irreverent because neither party will address the real problem that will lead to the economic collapse and demise of civilization as we know it.

Both parties still believe that they can fix any problem by throwing money at it and this is not a problem that can be fixed with any amount of money.

The problem was created by money and can only be solved when money no longer has any value!

So, we go back to the barter system? How would that initialize and keep momentum when not everyone builds every product in every town and most of what we get comes from foreign countries? Some small towns don't have grocery stores or gas stations, will the country folks have to move in,and crowd the cities? Seriously, how would we make a non-monetary system work in this day and time? I'm sure you have the answer! Please tell us.

It's an election year. This is what people will be interested in this fall. Those who are less enthusiastic about discussing the election will get tired of these informal polls more quickly. The only way to avoid such questions is to ask a more amusing question about the election yourself. A lot of people are asking who will be Mitt Romney's VP. I wouldn't expect people to stop debating about who has the best chance of winning. That's like asking a sports fan not to debate who's gonna win the big game, or a movie buff not to guess what movie will win Best Picture of the Year.
