Your probably intelligent, it's the curse of smart people to be frustrated with politicians, because most are corrupt and that's the same everywhere. Obama is a good man and it must be saddening to see Fox news attacking him for there own political reasons.

Obama's had his mistakes that deserve to be criticized. No political leader is without fault in my eyes. There are at least two dozen of his campaign promises that he's flat out broken. I don't think that he's a Marxist, Socialist, etc. that the rabid Right likes to use as more of a meme but I do think he's got work to do.

I'm sure every politician wants to help the poor... but they're really more interested in writing legislation that suits their corporate donor's interests.

And I’m proud to be an American where as least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land God bless the U.S.A.

Amen! We may have to fight to get our country back and restore the fundamental principals and values. Also dependance on devine providence again.
  • john Mr Marvin 2010/10/22 23:26:57 (edited)

Devine providence , is there no separation of church and State?

If you believe in divine providence then you must believe that God is responsible for , for example kids born with down syndrome or blind or something terrible like that?

Sorry but it has to be pointed out.

American Corporations who are buying their supplies in China are the ones who are destroying America, Companies like Wal-Mart who are buying all their product in China. These companies should be boycotted.

Why are Americans buying goods in these stores, and why would you blame Obama for this, are you listening to Fox news LOL

I am proud of the vast majority of the history of the USA.

I am proud of the constitution.

I am proud of the majority of US citizens.

I am proud to be a citizen of the USA.

I am not proud of our shameful government.
  • john Heisenberg 2010/10/22 23:34:58

You have an intelligent and a good man for president you should be proud of him-shame on you.

    Intelligent? Moderately.
Good? Not particularly good...destroying what is good about the USA is not the mark of a good man.

Shame on you for being a mindless sycophant to a demagogue.

He's a law professor, what do you do? why do you say he's destroying whats good about America , do you watch Fox News?
  • Heisenberg john 2010/10/24 05:25:36 (edited)

A 'law professor' is someone who is offered a job for left-wing advocacy.

I would love to see how B.O. did on his SAT's and LSAT but we don't know because he and his handlers have hidden his records.

The last time you liberals played the 'we are smarter than you' game you discovered that George W. Bush had a higher GPA than John Kerry at Yale.

Are you sure you want to try that again?
  • john Heisenberg 2010/10/24 19:19:37
    john
He's a law professor I don't think moderately intelligent would be correct unless of course are have an IQ say of around 150 , so somebody with an IQ of 135 would look average.
I just think to pass judgment on someone's intelligence you would have to be very smart yourself
  • Heisenberg john 2010/10/24 20:22:08
    Heisenberg
I question your wisdom as 'law professor' is usually a position of an activist and has nothing to do with intelligence.

You seem to be able to guess the IQ of others and somehow in your world, that has some correlation on whether somebody is a good leader.

    You are deeply morally confused.

IQ has nothing to do with effective leadership and the position of law professor says nothing about a person's IQ.
