takes to watch.

This Muslim picked the wrong
guy to attack in public. Allen West told

&...
him the truth
and he couldn't take it...........

This
is one of the best I've seen anywhere:
The Players: Nezar Hamze
is the Executive Director of CAIR (Council on
American-Islamic
Relations), Allan West is a Congressman from Florida
.

Mr. Hamze waded into this discussion with
Congressman West in attack mode
with typical Muslim misinformed
bravado. Do you know any career politician
who has the
background and guts who could have handled Nezar better? You
can
just see it: N. Hamze thought he would be dealing
with a another typical
American PC pantywaist politician who
panders to anyone and any cause to get
a vote. He made one
little mistake - He kicked the baby in the thicket
while
walking into the perfect ambush and was unable to withdraw.

You on the right remind me of the parents of young people that will defend their offspring like a mother lion protecting their cubs regardless of the proof that is shown you. If someone is a bats&$t crazy tea partier you will defend them to the end regardless of the insanity they display. You will tell lies, change wikipedia and even re-write the holy bible to support your cause. Alan West is a total a$$hole like so many I served under that have a messianic complex. I would like to see him re-called into the military{which could happen} and busted down for disrespecting the chain of command.

While serving in Taji, Iraq, West received information from an intelligence specialist about a reported plot to ambush him and his men.[10] The alleged plot reportedly involved Yahya Jhodri Hamoodi, a civilian Iraqi police officer.[10] West, who was not responsible for conducting interrogations in Iraq and had never conducted nor witnessed one, had his men detain Hamoodi.[10] In the process of detaining Mr. Hamoodi, soldiers testified that Hamoodi appeared to reach for his weapon and needed to be subdued.[10] Hamoodi was beaten by four soldiers from the 2/20th Field Artillery Battalion on the head and body.[11] West then fired his pistol near Hamoodi's head,[10] after which Hamoodi provided West with names and information, which Hamoodi later described as "meaningless information induced by fear and pain."[10] At least one of these suspects was arrested as a result, but no plans for attacks or weapons were found.[10] West said "At the time I had to base my decision on the intelligence I received. It's possible that I was wrong about Mr. Hamoodi."[10]

West was charged with violating articles 128 (assault) and 134 (general article) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. During a hearing held as part of an Article 32 investigation in November 2003, West stated, "I know the method I used was not right, but I wanted to take care of my soldiers."[11] The charges were ultimately referred to an Article 15 proceeding rather than court-martial, at which West was fined $5,000.[10] LTC West accepted the judgment and retired with full benefits in the summer of 2004. Asked if he would act differently under similar circumstances again, West testified, "If it's about the lives of my soldiers at stake, I'd go through hell with a gasoline can."[11]

At his hearing, West pointed out that there were no further ambushes against American forces in Taji until he was relieved of his leadership post on October 4.[12] After West's retirement he received more than 2,000 letters and e-mails offering him moral support.[10] A letter supporting West was signed by 95 members of Congress and sent to the Secretary of the Army.[10]

In September 2010, West spoke in defense of a group of U.S. military personnel known as the "Leavenworth 10" who were convicted of war crimes.[13]

    I contend he is both.

    - military prosecutors said his actions amounted to torture and violated articles 128 and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
    - In testimony at an Article 32 hearing -- the military's version of a grand jury or preliminary hearing -- West said the policeman, Yahya Jhrodi Hamoody, was not cooperating with interrogators, so he watched four of his soldiers from the 220th Field Artillery Battalion beat the detainee on the head and body.
    - Maj. Gen. Raymond Odierno, the 4th Infantry's top general in Tikrit, could have rejected the recommendation and ordered a court martial. If he were to be found guilty at a court martial of the two articles against him, West could have faced 11 years in prison ...
    - The level of proof is the same at both an Article 15 hearing and a court-martial; the imposing commander must be convinced of the accused soldier's guilt by the evidence presented before the soldier can be found guilty
    - Sounds like criminal misconduct to me.
    - His rhetoric is treasonous.
    - Being fined $5k and then "allowed" to retire is the military way of taking out the garbage...

    Any questions, moron?

Every officer who violates UCMJ, has an excuse. Nothing ever came of the information that West and his thugs (I'll be damned if I'll call any of them soldiers) beat out of this man. If West wanted to protect his unit, he should have let trained interogators, do what they were trained to do. He is not Jack Baur. This is not a television show. He is a thug. Nothing more.

Thank You so much for posting the video here. I have never done that before, clapping my hands and smiling while watching the screen. Allen West was awesome in putting down this Nezar guy.
