Any doctor who can't take care of himself should not be protected but disbarred. If he is committing a crime, let him pay for the crime. BTW, when did murder quit being a crime? When abortion on demand was legalized, that's when. If we can vote to murder innocent babies, then we can vote to murder the elderly, the infirm, the mentally handicapped, conservatives, political enemies, etc - all are innocent, just not quite as innocent as the unborn baby.

Funny how he trusts doctors to do the right thing, but he feels we have to regulate & legislate everything else. If doctors have to be more accountable for babies born alive, wonder if they'd be so anxious to preform third trimester abortions? 88,000 a year.

The federal government has so over-stepped its bounds that it is not funny, but dangerous. They have stolen issues that are local and state issues and they've done it for the power. Now that they have the power, they are going to use it. I predict total and complete tyranny in the US within the next 5 years.
