Is the iPhone a little too small for your taste? Maybe the iPad is just a bit too big? Have no fear, Apple's got you covered. Business Insider reports that an iPad Mini could be on the way -- and soon. It's just a rumor for now, and it's been circulating for months, but this time the sources are apparently more credible. The iPad Mini would have a 7.85" screen compared to the iPhone's 3.5" and the iPad's 9.7".
Rumor has it that the Mini is slated to be released as early as this fall, and is be expected to fall in the $200-$250 price range. That's considerably less than expected, and about the same price as the iPhone 4S. It's also expected to have the same pixel dimensions as the iPad, which means the display will be comparable to the 4S retina display. Are you interested in the iPad Mini yet?

not going to waste my hard-earned income ..
and it still is not exactly 'friendly' to the vision-impaired community either ..
Bilateral Retinal Detachment, Lattice Degeneration and Cataracts .. (amongst other problems) ..
I'm now blind .. and the iPad doesn't have near the same level of support as other platforms for those of us who are vision impaired ..
There's many who do NOT yet understand that even those who are blind ..
do Enjoy our Computers, use our computers .. and access the internet each and every day.
God Bless you sgimom !!
(hope that you can get some help with maintaining your health with diabetes .. my Aunts all had diabetes .. and suffered a wide swath of health problems because of it).
It's also the same price range (and size) as a Kindle Fire. Coincidence?
Sadly, until that money tree starts growing in the back yard, it'll just be a dream!
