Is the iPhone a little too small for your taste? Maybe the iPad is just a bit too big? Have no fear, Apple's got you covered. Business Insider reports that an iPad Mini could be on the way -- and soon. It's just a rumor for now, and it's been circulating for months, but this time the sources are apparently more credible. The iPad Mini would have a 7.85" screen compared to the iPhone's 3.5" and the iPad's 9.7".

Rumor has it that the Mini is slated to be released as early as this fall, and is be expected to fall in the $200-$250 price range. That's considerably less than expected, and about the same price as the iPhone 4S. It's also expected to have the same pixel dimensions as the iPad, which means the display will be comparable to the 4S retina display. Are you interested in the iPad Mini yet?

No, I'm not interested in the iPad Mini. I prefer MAXI-iPads. [haha] Seriously, it's obvious that Steve Jobs was both a technical AND a marketing genius. When Apple, and most other electronics companies, introduce a new and improved product to the public, you can rest assured that if you purchase the item, it will be totally obsolete by the time you pay for it and walk out the door at your local Radio Shack. What a racket!

That's the size of two cell phones. If you want a large cell phone buy one. For the limited capabilities of the I-Pad why make one that is more difficult to see.

Without a doubt!! Macs RULE!! I was just ready to splurge for an i-Pad. However I will have to now wait and see if the mini is more my style. I'm on the go a lot. Camping, hiking and nature tripping with a Mini sounds like my bag!! I guess I'll have to hold off breaking into my piggy bank for the time being. :o)

Apple is getting just plain greedy! Ipad 2 isn't even 2 years old yet. Save your $$$!!! Chances are, 85%+ of you probably already have an Ipad or an Iphone anyways....

Please. The Apple brand and hype has 78%...Amazon has it's own niche and for the money? YEAH: The Fire is BETTER! Or have you even bothered to compare them side by side, service by service, app by app? If you haven't, then do it and come back then with your take.

Overall? No. The Fire has so few apps designed for it that it is useless. It has a sluggish interface and a mediocre screen by comparison. Who the hell wants a 7-inch tablet? Saving 300 dollars because you got a crap tablet is not going to save you money in the long run, anyway.
