I like to know what's going on. I don't much fancy discussing it anymore because people don't know how to have civil discussions apparently. So yes, I am interested in them, but I keep what I learn to myself, generally.

Politics has such a profound effect on your life. You go to the store and the price of x has gone up y is no longer available and the new drug you want to try is not available. you go to pay and notice almost 10% is taxes. you look for a job and find the employer is not hiring because of uncertainty in the economy and possible new government standards. You are told if you get the job you must join a union, even if you don't want to and that an extra amount will be taken out for the presidents re-election...and that is just a small slice of it

I'm interested and then I'm not interested. It depends on the subject. Politics can annoy me all the while it can be interesting. Sometimes I think there's too much politics on this site. Tireless arguments between liberals, progressives, conservatives, and otherwise which super saturate the site at times. At this point, Politics only annoy me. Otherwise it might be interesting. I tend to not answer many news & politics questions either.
