This will backfire right back to the lamebrain news.People thought this was refreshing truth brought out in the light.The lame brain news is going to have a hard time explaining their self after Romney becomes president.I heard the alphabet news will bliz Romney every way possible to make Romney look as bad as possible. Look at soft interviews Obama doing and Romney actually talking to real news knowing they will discredit him in anything he tries to say. Mitt Romney told a group of donors in a secretly taped video that 47% of Americans will vote for President Obama because they are "dependent upon government" and "believe that they are victims."
Translation: President Obama has bought 47% of the vote in the upcoming election and while I would like receive some of those votes I’m not willing to have the other 53% of the American people pay the price it would take for me to get those votes.

If you heard what he said, it is the race for independents that will win this election. Obama is not in a tizzy. You have never seen him in a tizzy. Coolest head in the room.
I wish the SH conservatives could see the truth in his statement, the country is pretty much split down the middle, only a couple of percentage points will make the difference, but to hear those people talk, they have the weight of the nation behind them, regardless of the truth. LOL. Mandate is certainly an over used term.

I didn't like it and I work everyday and pay taxes..and I don't think a lot of people are going to appreciate the entitlement comments..I don't like his general disdain for the average worker -we are in a recession..some people may not be paying taxes right now because they are laid off..it doesn't mean they haven't paid taxes all of their working lives..or that they feel entitled..The voters Romney referred to are working class people and the elderly..Romney is actually a corporate welfare bum..He exploited corporate loopholes and used government grants and subsidies for profit - that's ok I guess - he was entitled to it.. Even though it was taxpayer money risked..not his own.

He said 47% of the people don't pay federal income tax..that is who he was referring to..those are the majority of the people who make up that number..it's the truth..If he were referring to people who chronically abuse the welfare system the number would be much, much lower..and those people didn't just magically appear they were here collecting welfare during Bush and Reagan..there will always be bums..and..incase I haven't mentioned it Romney is a corporate welfare bum

They do not pay income taxes while on active duty. The 47% that don't pay income taxes still pay payroll taxes. At a higher rate than 14%. On the video the sound of his voice had the disdain for the working man like Richie Rich's Dad. Vote for Romney if you want to. But don't fool yourself in the process. Vote against Obama or Vote for Romney...that the right's only option.

Yes that's exactly what he's talking about. The Right makes this imaginary discretion every time Romney says what he means. His campaign is not "proud" of that video. The rest of the Republicans are disassociating themselves from him. They want to win. Don't just sit at the computer and pretend these things are not happening to Mitt Romney. He's not Superman. Nobody can keep making dumb statement after dumb statement and it not affect the race. The majority of voters don't hate Obama like the Extreme Right does. They are not blinded by hatred. If it's such a cool video why didn't they release it or use it in an ad? Romney is Pres.Obama's best campaigner.
