I'm a moderate who believes government doesn't have the right to dictate adult behaviour and has less of a right to require people to pay for and support the choices other people make in their lives.

It's the government's responsibility to maintain the playing field upon which people can compete not to level the playing field and have a hand in determining the outcome.

Religion has no place in government or in the consideration of legislation because there will come a day people, in the US, will fight over which religion has the right to be considered.
