Every day on SH you will see the most absurd questions coming from misinformed far right ideologues. The top raved replies to these question most of the time show an equal amount of lunacy. Some examples.
Flashing your ID before voting would cut way down on voter fraud. (nearly every state has that requirement and voter fraud is 1/8 of 1%, 5% are lost or miscounted).
That Arpaio does his duty so well that he shames other elected officials is their defect not his. (The Justice Dept. has had the Sheriff under charges of breaking the law.)
Let's add Pond Scum Traitor....goes well with DOUCHEBAG!! (The RWNJ debasing of our president).
College graduates are unemployed in record numbers due to Obama's policies. (No they are unemployed because the start up backroom jobs in banks and Wall St. have all been outsourced overseas. The destruction of the manufacturing base has gone on for decades but all this is the president's fault.)

Also, your sentence structure is atrocious. "You haven't a clue as to when derived, do you?" Is English a second language? If so, I understand, and keep working on it and in no time you'll get it down. If not, you need to slap your English teacher for failing to give you an education.
We liberals believe in the concept of innocence till proven guilty, because accusing a person then having them prove their innocence is a ridiculous notion and because it is one of the founding principles of our nation. We also believe that the punishment of the innocent achieves nothing for the cause of justice. Justice and punishment are two very different things. Liberals believe in the principles of justice, while conservatives value cruelty and domination.
Premature articulation presents as an endemic problem within the rank & file of liberals. Objections to some decisions/proposals labelled racist irrespective of how tenuous & implausible the nexus to race.
Reading the fine print of every petition before signing enables more efficient, effective outcomes. The best interests of the American people must not be compromised to pander to the loud, insistent, aggressive, thriving sub-groups riding the political slipstream of alleged racial discrimination. The constitution and not liberals protects the rights of American citizens involved in the criminal justice system. The offenders and Victims of Crime (VOC) must be protected by the CJS, the checks & balances in place to protect the rights of the alleged perpetrators should, at a minimum, equate to the assurance of public safety. The aim of a period of imprisonment does include an element of punishment in addition to reparation, rehabilitation, deterrence & segregation. I suggest you read the factors that judges are required to consider with regards totality of sentence length.
