Obama agreed to 4 trillion in cuts - but the Republicans walked away from that grand bargain. Furthermore, team Romney is planning to serve up 4 trillion in TAX BREAKS FOR BILLIONAIRES while refusing to specify HOW it will be paid for. They voted against a Summary of that budget written up by Republicans and falsely touted to be Obama's budget by lying Republicans. That budget was presented by Republican Jeff Sessions, not by the Obama camp.
