Personally, I think all the emphasis on demands that Mitt Romney release 12 years of tax returns is nothing but an attempt to diffuse and distract from Barack Obama's dismal performance as President and a non-issue. Especially when Obama has done everything he can to seal his personal records... Seems a bit hypocritical? What do you think? Are the demands for Mitt Romney to release 12 years of tax returns really relevant to the issues facing struggling Americans who will decide this election, or just another ploy by the Obama camp to distract voters?
1) That he is payed by a foreign power. (Treason!)
2) That he payed very little tax. (Slime!)
3) That he lied on SEC filings about when he left Bain Capital. (Felony!)
4) That he lied on his State of Massachusetts Elections forms about his residence. (Felony!)
5) That he has additional wives and children. (Bigamy!)
6) That he has business connections to the pornography industry. (Slime!)
OF COURSE, ROMNEY'S TAX RETURNS MATTER!
1. He is and Has Been Unemployed since he was a Gov..
2. His Low Taxable rate at 15.3%, is based on Investment and Capital Gains Tax rates..
3.As CEO of Bain, SEC would have Discovered any Fraud...He Submitted his Resignation to Bain and The SEC, which is required of a CEO, 8-Days before Working for the Olympic Committee, another Requirement of Both SEC and Olympic Committee to avoid Conflict of Interest...Romney's Name as CEO Remains Until SEC removes Him as CEO, after their Review, and investigation to determine if still acting in an Official Capacity of Decision Making...which Voids the Resignation Completely and Then a Violation if Filed...
None was Filed...SO as of Date of Resignation, NO Active Decision Making Responsibilities....
These SEC Reviews Are Required of ALL Public Trading Corps, for their Exec Officers of Record..
