Are marriages between Arabs and Israelis tantamount to treason?

An Egyptian court has ruled that Egyptians who marry Israelis are effectively committing treason and should be stripped of their nationality. But are marriages between Arabs and Israelis treacherous and issues for national security or should the state just mind its own business and leave people alone?
