The Intoxication of Inspiration
During the past few months we have been inundated with the constant Media coverage of the Democratic primary election. In the last few days in particular, the Mediums have beat us into accepting that Barack Obama is the most inspirational and motivating speaker that we have heard in a generation, comically echoing the claims of most Germans when they heard Hitler speaking at his rallies. The Republicans, on the other hand, have been curiously vocal about their perspectives regarding the election of their counterparts, pointing out their favoritism for Clinton’s candidacy over Obama’s, since he seems to pose a “dangerous” obstacle to their goal of taking back the White House. Simultaneously, Obama has picked up endorsements from a variety of Hollywood personalities in the likes of DeNiro and Stevie Wonder, along with Senator Ted Kennedy and Moveon.org, all of them an impressive collection of extremely liberal agents within the United States. Amongst our News Networks, it has only been the very Conservative FoxNews who has kept a mysteriously low keyed participation in this Obamathon that all Americans have been recently subjected to, giving a nebulous preoccupation to all of those who are educated enough to mistrust the Media. All the while, as history shows, collective idiocy has been proven to be contagious (look at the Bolshevic Revolution) and it’s spread has always been directly linked to the opposition’s ability to convince their enemies that they are “weak at the knees” and thus allowing them to quietly manipulate them out of an honest assessment of their chances. In this same tradition, we can understand what has happened to the Democratic Party, in which many of their members have taken the Republican bait without realizing that they have been intoxicated by a potent combination of a greedy Mainstream Media and a well organized ideological opposition, cleverly guiding these “drunk” Liberals into the polls of their doom. Will the Democratic Party ever learn the lessons from the John Kerry debacle?
Super Tuesday will probably answer most of our questions regarding the number of people that were duped by the Press and it’s agents. It is nonetheless true that even if Obama loses, the mere fact that he received such dramatic support demonstrates that most Democrats are suffering from a pathetic form of “lunacy”. Since before the John Kerry fiasco, Democrats have experienced the fierceness of the Republican/Conservative machine. They have stood idly by as they have been removed from the mainstream of American society by a group of religious dogmatists, who have claimed a choke hold on our Country’s sense of honor and decency. Thanks to them, most people in this Country believe that Democrats are completely out of touch with their Nation and with the world. Throughout the years, most Democratic candidates have proven themselves to be against the basic tenets of “middle American” values, such as the Right to Life, Right to National Defense, Right to Family, Defense of the 2nd Amendment, etc. Sadly enough for the Democratic hopefuls, Conservatives are right on all counts.
The Democratic Party has been hijacked by an extremely left wing element that has for years strangled the Party’s image when facing General Elections. Ironically enough, it was Bill Clinton (and his wife in many respects) who for a brief period of time was able to realign their Party to the “center” and finally gain the Presidency, most of it thanks to their sometimes quasi-Conservative views on government. But, after being in power for 8 years, and then out of power for 4, Democrats decided to pick a man who they thought was impermeable to attack: John Kerry. His nomination looked very promising since he had an “impeccable” military record, which seemed to benefit him amongst the Republican constituency, and also had good reputation amongst his fellow senators. He was also openly in favor of ending a very unpopular war (Iraq) and of immediately bringing the troops home. For this, he eventually received multiple endorsements from liberal newspapers, Hollywood stars, and many senators, even gaining the support of John McCain himself who once considered the possibility of running as his vice-President. What a lot of people don’t remember is that all of his candidacy was catapulted by the Conservative machinery many months prior to his nomination.
As people might remember, it was Howard Dean who was the apparent front runner of the Democratic Party, long before John Kerry started winning primaries. Dean’s charisma at the time was admired and his political positions where highly appealing to the Democratic base (even after his strange screams in Iowa). Nevertheless, the Republicans understood that the best person that they could run against would be a mild mannered man who represented the Northeast “elite”, and who had also opposed the war “from the start”, since they could better expose him as “weak on security”. They knew that even if John Kerry had voted for the war when he was in the Senate, he was still ideologically connected to Vietnam and the era’s anti-war movement. There was plenty of documentary evidence that Kerry had loudly opposed the war in the 1960’s and had actually criticized his military honors as a shameful reminder of the many American “abuses” and “crimes” against the Vietnamese people. Since Republicans understood Kerry’s past baggage, while most Democrats didn’t, Conservatives went about planting the seed of misinformation, appearing in multiple Media programs and injecting the idea that running against a “war hero” like John Kerry would be more troublesome for them than running against a “Liberal” like Howard Dean. After much work on all their parts, John Kerry was finally nominated, and thus the Conservative “factories” began their effective work of slowly chipping away all appearances of decency and honor that this Democratic candidate might have had. “Out of nowhere” the Swift Boat Veterans made their appearance, and effectively put into question John Kerry’s military record, something that most pundits thought would create a back-lash from their own base, but that eventually destroyed Kerry’s military qualities, which were what most people assumed was his strongest tool against George W. Bush. All of this was achieved thanks to the Republican misinformation campaign and the stupidity of the Democratic voters, who took their cues from the Media and of their own opposition. Let’s now fast forward to the present Democratic contest.
Barack Obama is now his Party’s rock star, all to the peril of Hillary Clinton and the other defunct Democratic candidates. Republicans have appeared in multiple shows and have “analyzed” their chances against Hillary Clinton or against Barack Obama. They have supposedly come to the conclusion that if Hillary wins the nomination, it will energize their base into winning the General Election. But, if they were instead faced with Barack Obama, his “inspirational” skills could achieve the scary possibility that many Republicans would either vote for him or stay home “uninspired”. Taking this lead, Democratic “strategists” have now repeatedly mentioned how Obama’s qualities would be difficult to attack by Republicans since he represents a “change” in American politics and is thus leading us out of the ugly realm of partisanship and into the wonderful world of “hope” and “unity”. Being struck with the same illogical fever, most Liberals underline the fact that Obama was against the war from the beginning and can therefore make a better argument to Conservative and Independent voters since he was “right” about Iraq all along. Does any of this rhetoric sound familiar? Are Democrats jumping into the same boat they sank in 4 years ago?
The answer is a resounding YES. In the social world, drunkenness may spell only embarrassment and the death of brain cells, but in politics, inebriation spells the easy manipulation of voters and their ideologies. Republicans know full well that Obama is an easier candidate to DESTROY than Hillary Clinton, because they understand that the problem with her is not that she is a “crazy Liberal” but that she is in fact a centrist. Her policies resemble in many respects most of the current Republican candidate’s ideas, and her personal appeal could take away a large group of Conservative women out of their fold. Barack Obama, on the other hand, has a lot of skeletons in his closet that are patiently waiting to be exposed, many of which involve a variety of illegal dealings with his contributor Tony Rezko and others. Conservatives also know that Obama’s assertion that he was against the war from the beginning may be a popular stance amongst Democrats, but to Conservatives (and many Independents) it is a clear sign of weakness in regards to National Security. Obama also has one of the worst legislative records in his Party, voting inconsistently and in a clearly convenient way throughout his very short career, all with the purpose of exalting his climb up the bureaucratic ladder. At other times, he simply voted erroneously by “pushing the wrong button”. Obama’s candidacy has also been endorsed by the most despised people on the Right (Ted Kennedy, Moveon.org, and Hollywood), all of them despicable enough to convince any Conservative to go out in the middle of a hurricane to ensure that their pick doesn’t get elected. Obama’s support of giving Drivers Licenses to illegal immigrants could also be described as the most out-of-touch policy perspective in today’s mainstream, which adds another motivation to drive most “border States” out of his reach and into the arms of the “despised” John McCain. Republicans have also studied the Democratic primaries’ exit polling, which most Democrats have apparently refused to analyze, and they have learned that most Blue Collar Americans (even Democrats) don’t support Obama, giving them a full edge in November, specially when you consider that their base is almost completely composed of this group. Then we have the issue of race, which has not only motivated most White and Latino Democrats to vote against Obama, but will also PASSIONATELY engage Conservatives to go out of their way to make sure that their Country’s traditions are not besmirched (the tradition of having a White President who physically and culturally represents the majority of Americans). For good or for bad, most people in Middle America fear the concept of a Black President, who would presumably allow rampant Affirmative Action to take hold, and who would supposedly extend the Welfare State to it’s highest levels. And, to top all of this with some “sweet frosting”, the Republicans have already began the development of a crypto-Muslim strategy, in which Barack Hussein Obama is painted as a Muslim in disguise, who is here to once and for all destroy our Nation from the inside (they have sufficient evidence to at least lay the seeds of probability).
All of the above strategy has been developed by the Republicans for the last couple of months, with the hope that they will once again entrap Democrats into voting for the nominee that THEY hope would run against them. They have already positioned (a very Liberal) John McCain as their candidate, so that they can have a greater chance of keeping the White House, if they are lucky enough to have him positioned against an inexperienced, racially divisive, and extremely liberal Democrat. Waiting to make their move, Conservatives are patiently standing by to see the results of Super Tuesday. If they get their dream ticket, they will once again be in a position to pull another “swift-boat” incident on the Democrats, who in their inebriated dismay, will once again shamefully lose thanks to the simplest form of manipulation known to mankind. Obama’s slogan of “yes we can!” will then be transformed into a firm “yes we are!” as the sad testament to their gullibility and intoxication takes hold of our Nation for another 4 years.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton quickly apologized Friday after citing the June 1968 assassination of Robert F. Kennedy as a reason to remain in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination despite increasingly long odds.
"I regret that if my referencing that moment of trauma for our entire nation and in particular the Kennedy family was in any way offensive. I certainly had no intention of that whatsoever," the former first lady said.
The episode occurred as Clinton campaigned in advance of the June 3 South Dakota primary.
Responding to a question from the Sioux Falls Argus Leader editorial board about calls for her to drop out of the race, she said: "My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. You know I just, I don't understand it," she said, dismissing the idea of abandoning the race.

George W. Bush has provided continued hope for what has made this country great. When the liberals get in power, the country will go into a downward slide it hasn't seen since the great depression.
Wildly distorted emotion is not the character trait that is necessary to perform as President of the free world. Logic is. Liberalism is a disease... a mental disorder. Liberals need medical treatment...not the Presidency of the United States of America.
Bush is an awesome President who has saved your ungrateful butt from another terrorist attack. The economy has been robust under Bush policy...and the stock market is still strong despite high gas prices -- the result of increased demand in China and India, along with the refusal of liberal lunys to allow drilling in Anwar and building of refineries, etc.
"International approval" came in the form of 17 UN Resolutions, all of which spelled out specific "severe consequences." US action in Iraq was amply justified and had resulted in an ally in Iraq instead of rape rooms and mass murders and a dictator threatening his neighbors with a potential wmd which he used on his own people in the past.
Liberalism is a disease.
Go ahead and be one of the 12% in the country who support Bush, I do not care. Bush is a complete idiot. $4.00 gas. No jobs as they have all been shipped overseas. Housing market lower than it has ever been.
I may be diseased because I do not drink the kool aid of the christian right, errr, republicans. One and the same.
I guess you give up your freedoms to be protected by W. Screw W. Oh crap, Homeland Security was monitoring this transmission and is at my door because I dare disagree with W and his dictorial ways. Not to mention bigoted.
The job market has been incredible under George W. Bush... VERY low unemployment and substantial job growth...in spite of liberal roadblocks like increasing the minimum wage.
The housing market has had an enormous boom for many years under George W. Bush... the correction started about two years ago (about the time the Dems took over Congress, lol.).
Your "homeland security was monitoring this transmission" is typical pathetic liberal emotional jibberish without any basis in fact.
Your accusations of Bush being dictatorial and bigoted are just more emotional rhetoric without any basis.
That is all liberals have... panicked emotional rhetoric without any logic or basis in fact. I rest my case.
When you libs cannot deal with the facts presented in a logical manner, you always resort to name calling and using liberal poster child comments like "narrow minded" republicans. To a liberal, anyone who deals in facts instead of wild emotion without logic is narrow minded...regardless of how sloooow you say it. Liberalism is a disease.
BTW - George W is a bigot. He hates gays and that helped him get elected in 04 by saying he hates gays. Sure he did not say that exactly, but the meaning was plain.
As for the job market, you are either retired and not looking or have been somewhere for a while. Trust me there are not jobs out there. Unless you like saying 'Would you like fries with that' or 'Welcome to Walmart'.
You get upset when I say narrow minded conservatives, yet you claim ALL liberals have a mental disorder or disease, simply because they do not believe as you do. Get a freaking clue.
PS: BOY GEORGE thinks the latest unemployment rate is due to the college students ending for their summer semester.
HE doesn't even know how the unemployment rate is factored (which is actually MUCH higher), nor does HE probably care.
ENOUGH SAID -
BUSH'S approval rating is the lowest of ANY President. If he makes you happy, God forbid the rest of us.
You hate liberals. Got it. I hate narrow minded republicans. Than plain enough for you. Or should I say it slooooowwwwerr.
YOU IDIOT! We (USA citizens) ARE in a downword slop that hasn't been seen since the 'great depression."
Are you in a closet or WHAT???????????
I think conservative talk radio has helped alot of right minded people to stop being quiet and try to bring this country back from the brink of becoming like Europe. I believe that alot of people were afraid to speak up for years becuase no one wants to be called racists, narrow minded, homophobic, intolerant, etc..Which was a way to keep all of these narrow minded people in check.
Fact is, some of these narrow minded people will not vote for Obama, simply because he is black. As for homophobes, there are way too many of them who cloak their homophobia in their narrow minded vision of what used to be a loving religion.
But it is OK for Black people to vote for him cause just because he is Black?
It also was not ok for people to vote Bush simply because he was the one they would most like to have a beer with. Remember that nonsense.
I am voting for him because I am a Democrat mostly and agree with them more then Republicans and their fear mongering.
