There are goofy GOP members... but, Dems, with their liberal ways, can be very humorous, to the point of wondering...'did someone vote for them, just for a laugh?'

Yes, and way too much union stranglehold over politics in Chi-town.
I actually live north of there, where there are more GOP's, but Chicago and Cook County (Crook County) suck money from the rest of the state. It's really annoying.

The real problem goes back to the fact that he did it with impugnity and fully expected to never get called on it. How much time did the pretty boy get, 14 years, I wonder if he 'met' his cell mate yet!

You're right, Yet I'm really not joking here at all. I really do believe some of our older members in Congress are really getting senile at this p[oint, and they're unfit to serve as well. In fact I believe Pelosi could be a prime example of that herself!

Don't buy into everything you believe. Adjusted for inflation the growth of RR's Government was right in lin3e with history. Plus, he had 6 years of "D" HOUSE AND Senate. Of course the other two years were split.

So, you might want to do some homework.
  • Thomas ... Steve J... 2011/12/15 05:20:05

Adjusted for inflation caused by his own economic policies? Sorry, not buying it. The government grew under Reagan, period. Yes he had Dems in Congress to deal with, but as previously mentioned HE SIGNED OFF ON ALL OF THE CRAP THAT CAME TO HIS DESK.

I also note for the record that while you (and many other so called conservatives) jump to defend Reagan you have nothing to say about Bush or the shrub.

Screw homework, I lived through the Reagan years.

UM, no. He inherited the unemployment and inflation.

    0 just got unemployment.

RR, solved it with a D Congress and Senate.

    0?

I heard on Mark Levin's show that Orinn Hatch is throwing his hat into the ring, at least I hope so. Him I could proudly vote for especially if he has the brains and good fortune to have Col. West run as his VP.

Who is Orinn Hatch? Better yet, does he have a record as being for or against amnesty? Is he for or against reforming the tax code to remove loopholes for the wealthy and corporations? Would he be willing to repeal Owe-bamacare?

  • Thomas ... DocHoward 2011/12/15 06:13:34

Screw Hatch, he (like every OTHER GOP idiot on the ballot) wants to preserve tax cuts and loopholes for the wealthy. Haven't so called conservatives learned by now that doing that just puts more money in the hands of the wealthy? And do the wealthy create jobs with that money? HELL NO, they hire illegal aliens to do their landscaping and housecleaning because they feel they're above the law and should be entitled to cheap labor!
