I called Romney headquarters and gave them a piece of my mind, its time to fight and show leadership!Obama is NOT a nice guy he fights dirty his administration defines cronyism and corruption,he is selling votes albeit "legally" to people who vote for a living, another four years could herald the end of the Republic,WE CANT AFFORD HIM....

"The Fox News poll is based on landline and cell phone interviews from August 5 to August 7 among 930 randomly-chosen registered voters nationwide."

What's the record for craps? 140+ come out rolls won in a row over 4.5 hours.

Obama similarly beat the odds on that poll.

But that One-World America Killing Socialist Ideologue WILL get the bounce Nov 6th.

Not to mention it had an 8 pt +/- margin of error.

The provided link says a "margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points", but that's no big deal because it certainly is not an absolute MoE.
In a simple poll where the sampling is completely random, the margin of error formula is the square root of p(1-p)/n, multiplied by 1.96. In this formula, "p" represents the percentage of the sample size compared to its population, "n" represents the total population of the respondents' pool, and 1.96 represents the standard deviation.
    bell curve
We all know deviant Obama is way outside the standard dev. (joke)

    It's the economy, stupid.

Still - 45 to 40 - folks trust Republicans more than Dems to fix the economy.

It's the economy and that will be what determines this election. Unless Obama puts in the fix.

Amongst many admirable personal qualities, that Mitt Romney has, one of his most admirable to a person such as I am is his ability to learn from - but not be discouraged by - negative feedback.

Not in the least, Obama's toast, hide-n-watch. This pol was due to oversampling of democrats. In pols where it was only 4 points oversampling, that was the spread. Taken from Vicki McClure Davidson on July 25, 2012 of the Frugal Café Blog Zone "Oversampling of Democrats in pre-election polls isn’t new, but the increase of it during the Obama Era of Selective Transparency is reaching levels of absurdity. It’s become a math circus freak show, an act of stacking-the-deck desperation by Team Obama and his sycophants to poll more Democrats than Republicans. Skewing the resulting numbers so that they bear no resemblance to the actual spread of political affiliations of registered American voters is a delusional pep talk on the liberal media evening newscasts.
Who thinks American voters are this stupid, this gullible to be brainwashed by horrifically flawed, bogus summer polls that erroneously “prove” Obama’s “popularity” with voters?
Democrats, Team Obama, and the liberal mainstream media seem to think so. Or are praying for it.
“Pay no attention to that disastrous economy behind the curtain.”

Polls are a joke. One week Romney is ahead, next week Obama is ahead. It is all speculative and none of them use the same sample. Some use people who are actual voters, some use potential voters some use registered voters, etc. all of those samples give differrent results. So, I sincerely doubt that anyone is worried, on either side, yet.
