So sorry to disappoint, Ann, but you don't get to define who gets rights. The Declaration and the Constitution already did that and they said, "ALL PEOPLE."
And while we're on the subject, according to the Declaration, THE CREATOR endowed those rights on people. You're not It. Again, sorry to burst your bubble.

To a conservative mind like Coulter’s, everything is limited. For one group to have rights, another group must have their rights taken away. This is, of course, preposterous to anyone with the ability to think. Letting a black person get married does not mean that a white person cannot also be married. Letting a Hispanic person get a drivers license does not prevent an LGBT person from also gaining a license to drive as well.
She also felt that rights should only exist for people who we “owe” as given in this exchange:Coulter: The way that liberals have treated blacks like children, many of their policies have been harmful to blacks. I feel bad for Chloe she seems like such a sweet kid, they all do, and their mom's are just insane obsessive stage moms.
