These billionaires are purchasing small countries world wide and one of the prizes, in jest, is the United States...."because the yanks are so greedy and corruptible". So, in turn, bits and pieces are being bought up. Even the Brazilians, with all their drug money, are buying up pieces here and there with the very drug money earned from American purchases.
