It appears that with every administration congress is loosing power and the presidents are gaining power. When do the American people say enough is enough?

+6I have been saying enough is enough for many years. More and more people seem to waking up but the majority won't until it hits them in the pocketbook. That works a lot better and faster than smelling salts!!
