It is good that apple refused to sell their product. She should go nextdoor to the Android store and buy herself a Toshiba Excite.. or a Samsung Tab....

Apple should refuse to sell products to EVERYONE! They would be doing all a great favor if they did! :)

But it was just one employee, not the company. Granted, the young woman could have just asked to talk to another employee or even the manager.

dude was a douche just because she was speaking a different language and said she originated from Iran, She was still a U.S. citizen. And if he actually did his job to sell goods he would have had to ask for some clarification instead of just giving a no.

Apple has ALREADY clarified their policy, so why is the ACLU asking for them to do it. Apparently, one employee took it too far and I am sure it has been rectified. This is an article calling in the fire fighters from 100 companies when the fire is already OUT!
