No freedom of speech here. A verbal attack on a bottom rank employee is nothing but bullying. She was a captive audience who could not defend herself because she was on the job.

Mr. Adam
Smith decided that he would film his episode of his experience ordering a free
glass of water from a CHICK-FIL-A in Tucson, Arizona. He had it all planned out how he would film
his adventure to show one of two things. Either the disgusting people who would
work for such a “hateful” company OR his “bravado” in contributing to the cause
of declaring no one else but “his kind” should have Free Speech! He failed on
both accounts! He starts his video while waiting in the drive-thru line
declaring all the support he HOPES are in groups standing around him and how he
might join them. Finally, after complaining about waiting in such a long time,
Mr. Smith starts his Liberal hate laced lecture to a young CFA employee named
Rachel! After a few kind replies for the well mannered young lady, Mr. Smith goes
for the “gusto” in his rage…. “I don’t know how you live with yourself and work
here… I don’t understand it!” When the young window clerk thanks him for
getting his “FREE WATER,” she wishes him to “have a really nice day!” Rather than my quoting this LOSER, watch the
video to see just “who” is the real hater?
Mr. Smith
was the CFO/Corporate Treasure of a Company named, VANTE! When he went into
work this morning, he found his desk was cleared of all his personal belongings
and the CEO of the company handing him a “pink slip” telling him to “get the
hell out!” Later, VANTE came out with this statement:
~”The actions of Mr. Smith do not reflect our
corporate values in any manner. Vante is an equal opportunity company with a
diverse workforce, which holds diverse opinions. We respect the right of our
employees and all Americans to hold and express their personal opinions,
however, we also expect our company officers to behave in a manner commensurate
with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of
civility with others.”
So, what say
you Soda Head subscriber? Should Mr.
Smith sue the VANTE Corporation for Freedom of Speech rights violations? Or, should he simply be wondering what
company would desire his services in the future?

If he had specifically stated who he worked for then there would be no problem, fire him without question, but he didnt which is where the dilemma comes in.
This man took it upon himself to tried to insult this company/employee for doing her job, she showed pure class and represented her company well!
Its ok for liberals to want others to be accepting of their views, but it is not OK for liberals to be accepting of other views?
Once again liberals trying to shove and push their opinions onto others, glad his company pushed back!

Thats the way i see it .
I don't agree with what he did, and i don't necessarily agree with what his employer did.... but it did show incredibly poor judgement on his part, so if I were running Vante, i might have done the same thing.
but he should not be able to discriminate based on religion or sexual orientation in his hiring and franchise decisions and expect there to be no impact on where he can do business.
