Another Birther Fail: Supreme Court Rejects Latest Frivolous Application From Orly Taitz
For somewhere around the 200th time, a Court has thrown Orly Taitz and her delusional racist birther frivolity out the door. Not that anyone is surprised. President Obama's eligibility to serve as President was verified in the summer of 2008 when he produced certified proof that he was born in Honolulu, proof that was confirmed by the Republican then-Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle. But try telling that to the crazed Russian Dentist LOL.

The U.S. Supreme Court in typical fashion denied without comment Dr. Orly Taitz's application for stay for the California electoral challenge Noonan v Bowen. Dr. Taitz sought to strip California's electoral votes from Barack Obama based on his Article II ineligibility, his forged birth certificate, his forged Selective Service, and his Connecticut Social Security Number. Included were Affidavits from DHS Special Agent Stephen Coffman and Debt Collector Albert Hendershot attesting to Obama's identity fraud.

As for the $20,000 fine, that came out of a case in Georgia, Rhodes v. McDonald, in which Orly conned a member of the United States Military into suing to question the eligibility of the Commander in Chief. After Rhodes came to her senses and told Orly to drop the case, Orly continued with the case anyway, which was why she was sanctioned. The Supreme Court denied that appeal on July 15, 2010 (and then Orly complained that she wanted proof that Justice Thomas had actually signed the rejection order LOL).
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a lawyer who has been in the forefront of the challenge to President Barack Obama's citizenship.
The high court on Monday did not comment in refusing to hear the appeal filed by California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz. She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.
The suit was filed on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States and thus, is ineligible to be president and commander in chief.

In a tersely worded decision later today, the United States Supreme Court announced its decision to let stand the California electoral votes for Barack Obama. The Court failed to be persuaded by Taitz’ allegations of stolen social-security numbers and forged Selective Service applications, and they remained unmoved by Taitz’ threats of treason charges against them. The stay requested by Taitz in the case of Noonan v. Bowen was not granted, leaving Barack Obama securely in the position of President of the United States.
The ruling was to let stand California's electoral votes. No indictment of anyone.
As I've already explained to you, the $20,000 sanction was levied in a Georgia case, McDonald v. Rhodes, and Orly's application to the Supreme Court was denied on July 15, 2010.
