Another Birther Fail: Supreme Court Rejects Latest Frivolous Application From Orly Taitz

ProudProgressive 2013/02/19 15:00:49

For somewhere around the 200th time, a Court has thrown Orly Taitz and her delusional racist birther frivolity out the door. Not that anyone is surprised. President Obama's eligibility to serve as President was verified in the summer of 2008 when he produced certified proof that he was born in Honolulu, proof that was confirmed by the Republican then-Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle. But try telling that to the crazed Russian Dentist LOL.

Article excerpt follows:

U.S. Supreme Court Denied Without
Comment Obama Eligibility Challenge
February 19, 2013

The U.S. Supreme Court in typical fashion denied without comment Dr. Orly Taitz's application for stay for the California electoral challenge Noonan v Bowen. Dr. Taitz sought to strip California's electoral votes from Barack Obama based on his Article II ineligibility, his forged birth certificate, his forged Selective Service, and his Connecticut Social Security Number. Included were Affidavits from DHS Special Agent Stephen Coffman and Debt Collector Albert Hendershot attesting to Obama's identity fraud.

12A606 NOONAN, EDWARD, ET AL. V. BOWEN, CA SEC. OF STATE

The applications for stay addressed to The Chief Justice and referred to the Court are denied.

Here is a link to the Supreme Court's Official Docket confirming that the application has been denied:

I wondered where you numbnuts were and I should have have known it would be a blog defending the half white idiot you call president. Gotta give you guys credit, you can't defend his policies but you're johnny on the spot to defend his eligibility to destroy the country. I'm sure obama can afford the best forgers that can make any document appear legal. Hey, but what the hey, it wouldn't matter to you fools if your hero was the product of a semi constipated camel. Everyone knows you liberals have taste for spit.

Come on even if it were all true nothing would be done. Do you actually think anyone that had ther power base to lie that bad and fool that many people would not hold sway over the powerless courts--ha that is funny!

It would indeed and I am afraid today the media is owned by a greater power as is voting and everything else! Obama was and is the lameless candidate and person we have ever had in the office of the president. I have talked to many a business leader who has told me that would not hire him as manager with his credentials.

Naturally, some uneducated hater's rant that provides no factual information of any kind is something you'd consider reliable, yet two different Governors of Hawaii, the United States Supreme Court, 96 different trial courts in 26 different states before judges appointed by the last six Presidents, the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives and even Glenn Beck you completely ignore.

I didn't take you for a racist. Sad to see I was wrong.

Actually it has been clearly established that obama is not who he says he is. Face it proud, even you, and very rabid obama supporter knows very little about who he is or where he is from.

This has nothing to do about Race, besides obama is half white, 1/4 arabic, and 1/4 African. He has no black American blood in him at all. That is if you believe who he says he is. If like others say, he is the son of Marshal Davis, well that would change his makeup.

Tell me about how it has been "clearly established". Birth certificate? Nope, confirmed as genuine by the Governor of Hawaii. Second birth certificate? Nope, also verified by the Hawaiian state government. Newspaper announcements, eyewitness recollections? Go ahead, just ignore them all.

We know more about this man than we know about any public figure in the history of this country. Do you know what Mitt Romney had for dinner when he was eight years old? No? Well you do about President Obama. Do you know where Mitt Romney's mother went to school? No? Well you do about President Obama's mother. Do you know what John McCain's social security number is? No? Well you do about President Obama. Do you even know whether or not Bob Dole has any siblings? No? Well you do about President Obama. What DON'T you know about this President that has the sightest relevance to anything?

And this has EVERYTHING to do with race. People like you still follow the "one drop rule". If someone has one drop of black blood in their ancestry then they are black, no matter that their skin is lighter than snow.

Birth certificate, his refusal to release the original is ground enough to see he is hiding something.

His college records, especially where he took aid reserved for foreign students

So yes, you really do not know anything about him, and this has nothing to do with race

He released his birth certificate almost FIVE YEARS AGO.

He never received foreign aid. Occidental didn't even OFFER any financial aid for foreign undergraduate students when the President attended. This is YOUR accusation and YOUR burden of proof. So prove it if you can. I guess you don't even realize that the "foreign aid" story was an APRIL FOOLS DAY HOAX that, like the "Friends of Hamas" nonsense that burned the Republicans just this week, never had any substance but simply fit the racist narrative.

You're right that you don't know whether the President got an A or a B in a history class. But as I said, you know everything RELEVANT about this President.

Thank you for confirming your racism. I'm really disappointed to see that that's what it all comes down to. I would not have thought that a Brooklyn boy could be led so far astray.

A "Naturalized citizen" is a product of two citizens... the INS declaration of 1987 is invalid because it was written by only one nonelected bureaucrat... Besides that Orly was a Herman Caine nut, so I think the racist schtick reference, is over the top and if we will accept racists from non predominate, non indigenous groups it would be racist and duplicitous to not accept Orly.

I never lie, Tuna. Must you show your ignorance this early in the morning? The case was Noonan v. Bowen, which came out of California, and according to Orly, the case posed the following questions:

    1. Can a foreign national be allowed to usurp the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief by virtue of fraud and by using forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number

    2. Do judges and bureaucrats commit high treason, when they cover up forgery and fraud in IDs of a foreign national Barack Hussein Obama usurping the U.S. Presidency?

    3. Does usurpation of the U.S. presidency by a foreign national with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number means occupation and suspension of the U.S. laws and deprivation of civil rights of the U.S. citizens? If U.S. laws are suspended, which laws are we following?

    4. Are US citizens required to follow any U.S. laws, such as paying taxes and risking lives in the military, when the U.S. presidency is usurped by a foreign national with forged IDs and a stolen SSN and high ranking officials and judges are committing treason by covering it up?

    Here's the Supreme Court Docket:

    http://www.supremecourt.gov/S...

As for the $20,000 fine, that came out of a case in Georgia, Rhodes v. McDonald, in which Orly conned a member of the United States Military into suing to question the eligibility of the Commander in Chief. After Rhodes came to her senses and told Orly to drop the case, Orly continued with the case anyway, which was why she was sanctioned. The Supreme Court denied that appeal on July 15, 2010 (and then Orly complained that she wanted proof that Justice Thomas had actually signed the rejection order LOL).

The Supreme Court rejected the APPEAL to the $20,000 fine PERIOD. Why all your LIES??
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a lawyer who has been in the forefront of the challenge to President Barack Obama's citizenship.

The high court on Monday did not comment in refusing to hear the appeal filed by California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz. She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.

The suit was filed on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States and thus, is ineligible to be president and commander in chief.

Future news: Supreme Court rejects Taitz plea

By Dr. Conspiracy on February 19, 2013in Orly Taitz, Supreme Court

In a tersely worded decision later today, the United States Supreme Court announced its decision to let stand the California electoral votes for Barack Obama. The Court failed to be persuaded by Taitz’ allegations of stolen social-security numbers and forged Selective Service applications, and they remained unmoved by Taitz’ threats of treason charges against them. The stay requested by Taitz in the case of Noonan v. Bowen was not granted, leaving Barack Obama securely in the position of President of the United States.

The ruling was to let stand California's electoral votes. No indictment of anyone.

No one suggested that there was any indictment. Orly claimed that California's electoral votes were invalid because President Obama was not an eligible candidate. The Supreme Court felt otherwise.

As I've already explained to you, the $20,000 sanction was levied in a Georgia case, McDonald v. Rhodes, and Orly's application to the Supreme Court was denied on July 15, 2010.
