Obama is not a Marxist.
I wish you people wouldn't sugar-coat him or what he is.
Obama is a dyed-in-the-wool communist.

Rave please. This is important.

Most military veterans don’t like the job President Obama is doing and prefer Mitt Romney in November’s election.
New Rasmussen Reports polling finds that 59% of Likely U.S. Voters who have served in the military favor the Republican challenger, while 35% support the president. Five percent (5%) of these voters like some other candidate in the race, but only two percent (2%) are undecided.

CUDDLY BUT STILL CRABBY 2012/07/23 01:39:22

As one of those old veterans, myself... and since no one asked... my circle of Vietnam era vets, still support Ron Paul, are waiting to see how events play-out, and see Romney as more of the same ilk that has bankrupted America.
Moreover, a poll of 574 old-veterans, with land-lines... hardly reflects a nationwide military mandate.
"According to the US Census Bureau, of the 2.8 million Vietnam veterans who served in country Vietnam, there are 1,027,000 alive as of the 2000 census."
Another poll among those voters who would vote for Romney, showed 57% were doing so only because they disliked Obama... not, because they liked Romney. Only 37% actually supported Romney, with the rest undecided.
That seems to be the theme... the lesser of two evils is still evil. Or, politics, as usual.
This old-vet will continue his support for Ron Paul, but like so many others today... I don't feel the need for a land-line... so Rasmussen won't be polling me.
Nothing to see here... keep moving!
While most vets of that era are proud of their service, many still question our nations involvement in Southeast Asia. Yes, we had to buy in to the "Domino theory" and the "Red menace" which was the propaganda used to induct and "Inspire" us (...along with the Selective Service registration and mandatory conscription, for many.)
One issue, which your friends and husband will remember--and made famous in song--reminds us of a serious issue we have with Romney: Since Romney has managed to keep his numerous sons deferred from active military service, for religious grounds. While we don't (yet) have a draft, it's becoming clear... and supported by our leadership... a draft will become necessary in the event of more conflicts. Romney, is considered by many, as a Chicken-Hawk. Ready to involve us in further undeclared wars, and without any personal skin in the game--We've seen that, before.
I won't even bore you with his obvious lack of fiscal understanding of the economic threats sending us in to another recession, and inevitable depression.
Vote your conscious. I will!
Semper Fi!
CC&R said it best, regarding the Romney boys, and those who lacked the connections.
There is also the fact that this poll is much more recent, as in from Sunday. Newer polls dont retroactively negate statistics from several months ago and at the beginning of the nomination process. A lot can change over several months (not to mention the perception that the race is now only between Romney and Obama will change a lot of votes, and Paul may not have even been listed as an option).
We also have the case of comparing apples to oranges. Money =/= Votes.
And I could go on, but the point is that this poll does not contradict a several month old statistic about donations.
We won't let you brain dead neo-cons F things up with out a fight this time. Romney is nothing but a clueless rich guy . He doesn't have what it takes to beat Obama. Step aside or prepare for battle.
I'm a quick study.
9th of 9's post illustrates that well.
Tell us what ORomney will do to make any difference. No generalities. No ABOs. No better evils. No propaganda links. Just tell us exactly what and how ORomney will stop the current path of demise?
Read the question carefully. Dozens and dozens of you neos have failed to answer the question. See if you can be the first ... again ... read the question carefully.
NOT once did he respond to my questions or statements. It was ridicule and BS.
And here you are, doing the same damn thing.
LOL all you want. You aren't winning folks over, just alienating people. You are just militant mouthbreathing bullies.
You are voting for Romney and he isn't walking back anything. The ATT will be signed this week and guess what? your candidate supports that too. Pro 2nd Amendment? Hogwash.
In case you haven't heard Ron Paul is not running 3rd party, so that excuse wont fly either. He would wipe the floor with Obama, and Romney is to much of a chickenhawk to debate him one on one. I don't know about you but when someone tells me something then does the exact opposite, I tend to not trust what that someone says. Romney doesn't deserve my vote and Obama would never get it.
