More than twice the number of American military forces have died in Afghanistan during Obama's three years as president (1,472 from 2009-2012) than during President Bush's 8 years (630 from 2001-2008). 80,000 American troops remain fighting in Afghanistan despite President Obama's pledge to end the war.
The media covered the death toll in the war on a daily basis during George W. Bush's presidency. Protesters camped outside his private ranch in Crawford, Texas. Cindy Sheehan used the publicity from her protest to run for congress. Code Pink launched a nationwide protest, but now we don't hear from them. Why?
The media barely mentions the fighting or death toll anymore. Have Americans forgotten about the war? Has the media purposely ignored the war to benefit Obama? Do Americans give President Obama a pass on the war since he didn't start it? Should Americans withdraw most of the fighting forces from Afghanistan?

+8War casualties only count when there is a Republican as president according to the media.
Civilian contractor's deaths and injuries go unreported and exceed that of the Military. The real casualty rate is at least double.

There are MANY of us, particularly we Vets, who stand at the gate in support 24/7
They only report what he WANTS them to report.
His Rules of Engagement have gotten many soldiers killed and wounded.
They are unarmed in the compound and the friendly forces are armed. Spys *friendly forces' are allowed armed in the compound were our troops are living.
McCrystal was fired BECAUSE OF HIS STANCE on the Rules of Engagement.
