    The America, in which I grew up, WAS the Shining Beacon. The America, in which I currently reside, seems to be in a parallel universe. It's close, but significantly different. Apathy and complacency have got us here and a bunch of wishful, but NON-thinking people seem to think that MORE government intrusion is the solution to the problems that even they recognize. What they fail to grasp, is GOVERNMENT got us here! Yeah, the corporatists and globalists are pursuing their agendas....with the purchase of various elected officials. The bought ones are clearly those that have stayed BEYOND public-service time frames.

    Yes America was once that shining star. The leadership of this country is all over the map. Even the people who live here don't no the direction of our own country under Obama's leadership.We are a ship lost out in the sea in a violent storm. The lighthouse to guide us back to a safe shore is not Obama.There is only one choice to make to lead us to that safe shore and it is not Obama.

    if this happens the way people think i would ask what did all those great men and women die for?? they died for freedom and to disrespect their sacrifices like this would be just heinous while i may not be american i have always been very immpressed with the capacity of america to accept the people fleeing oppression and i agree where will they go because lets be honest canada follows suit generally with the us so if this comes about there its only a matter of time before we are oppressed as well

    well this nation was built on integrity / pride . with hope & determination ,, in the past 20+ yrs .these qualities seem to have diminished ..

    it's coming election will determine what the destination & future holds .

    on the wanters ..or the can doers !

    Much sacrifice of American lives have been given to secure the freedoms that we all enjoy. As the saying go's "freedom is not free", it has been paid for by the lives of patriots who believe in securing those freedoms for thier children and our childrens children. Now our greatest enemy is our current government, not to mention those idiot college professors who teach the insignificance of america, thus paving the way for a revolutionary takeover from within...

    Although a very likeable man, Reagan was a teleprompter spokesman for the same people that are running our government today. The people who actually governed during his administration were the most corrupt in history. (up to that point) Those years were the start of our exponentially hastier descent into economic hell.
