"All Black People" Asked To Leave Wal-Mart: Should The Store Be Held Responsible?

La Saria 2010/03/17 19:31:53
Yes. Wal-Mart obviously had no safeguards to ensure that people wouldn't be able to say whatever they wanted to a crowd.
No. This was the act of a random person, and Wal-Mart can't patrol everything 24/7.
I think Wal-Mart...
You!

Black customers at a South Jersey Wal-Mart were asked to leave the store through an overhead announcement. Shoppers and employees alike were shocked when an unidentified man used the PA system and calmly announced: "Attention Wal-Mart customers: All black people leave the store now." Many complained to store management and notified police of the event, and an apology over the PA system was made. Wal-Mart officials are now looking at security tapes to identify the man and have said that they are working to make sure this "unacceptable" incident never happens again. Two customers that were in the store during the announcement were so outraged that they are now boycotting the store. Do you think Wal-Mart should be responsible for the actions of a random nut-job?

NO, but I'm sure someone will see this as their winning lottery ticket and sue Walmart for the "pain and suffering" they went through because they were "offended" for being told to leave the store by some NUT JOB who got a hold of the PA system. Freeloaders of any race are usually the ones "offended" and money seems to ease their pain and suffering.

Wonder what would have happened if all white folks were asked to leave the store. They probably would have laughed so hard they would roll in the aisles.

Sure, omit insulting the chalky people when playing around with the store's intercom system....that hardly seems fair. If you're gonna grab the mike and start insulting people then remember to include every one of those shoppers. It's only fair, lol.

Yes, because they should of had some type of safe guard that would have prevented the public from having access to their PA system. What if someone yelled there's a bomb in the store, can you imagine what would of happened. safe guard prevented public access pa yelled bomb store imagine

...and find out who that person is and have due dilligence in punishment. To assume there is more to this is looking at their own prejudice. They/him/her will be caught. And let the guilty face the blacks and Revs. Jesse and Al. Let them get money from this idiot, not Walmart.

It is their responsibility and their PA system.

Most retail stores have phones throughout the store with page buttons or codes and if someone knows the code they can pick up a phone and use it.
It was some nutjob making a moronic joke nothing more. Get over it and move on with life. Wouldn't it be a trip if it turned out to be a black person that did it or some other ethnicity? Everyone assumes it is a white person I think...

Yes and black America should be held responsible for Obama's Galactic failure. Thank you for posting a question so stupid that it caused planets to implode in other galaxies due to the vacuum of intelligence.
Also, guns should be responsible for deaths, cars responsible for accidents, water held responsible for any drownings and forks held responsible for making Rosie O'Donut fat. responsible accidents water responsible drownings forks responsible rosie odonut fat
