First time this happened was in 1972 and Richard Nixon (Republican) was in charge.

I have read many blogs about how Obama is building and manning "FEMA Camps" and I can agree with the information they present but the camps were being built during the Bush Admin. as well. The news clip above explains the suspension of the "Posse Comitatus Act" by President Bush and President Obama did not reverse this action and continues along the same path.

Basically when people argue about the two political parties, they are actually arguing about whether the glass is half full or half empty. The end result is the same because there is four ounces of water in the eight ounce glass. Everything else is simply perception.

History repeating. Have we learned nothing from repressive societies of the past?

go back to Mein Kampf, the recipe book is beeing followed to the letter. Hitler took about 15 years to make it happen. Bush started it in 2001, it's now 2012 and right on track. FEMA camps in place, constitution being destroyed. Russians comming into the country to play war games. we are on the way to self destruction.

Because of sin and putting God out of the picture, this is what is coming...and more. We have done this to ourselves...we cannot blame God, as all he wanted was for us to obey his commandments and love him, and many haven't. God can stop this, but its going to take us to want to bring him back into our lives and to obey him...but really, all he wants is for this to come from our hearts, showing we really do love him. He will stand by us,,protect us and of course he has always loved us and his son also. Its up to us folks, what are you going to do?

I know quit a few of you think he's a myth. What is coming up against our country is because many not only sin,but don't love or obey God, but too, feels he's a myth. God had warned us all that what is coming was going to be worse than what this world has ever experienced [ Matthew 24: 21 ], even in the past. Why is he allowing this...not only because of what I have said, but to show people exactly what its going to be like without him. He also said it will rain on the good and bad, so christians and others will be involved, but he also promises those that love him will be protected. We are not only going to witness Gods wrath, but we will also witness seeing his son come back. If you and others think this is an excuse and a myth, all I can say is, be prepared because your myth is coming.

Michel de Nostredame predicted events also, therefore he must be God

Nostredame was dealing within the paranormal. He dealt with astrology and predicted things. When you get into that, the one thing you can be sure of...satan will lie and tell the truth. And if you're not close to God, you won't know the difference. God said to try the spirits to see if they be good or bad. I doubt very much that Nostredame tried the spirits. While he may have been right about some things, does not mean he was right about everything. No, he wasn't a god. There is but one God.

I don't think Obama is satan, but do feel satan is working in high places.Well, you don't have to get close to God...your choice, but one day he's going to get close to you.

doubtful. I have no reason to believe in a fiction. people kill each other in the name of "God" that's nothing I want any affiliation with..

That's the muslum's attitude.God has asked us to let him fight our battles. He puts the right people in place and those that listen well will know what to do.

Very true, they all did do that and it was wrong and that was not of God, nor Gods way. The Catholic Church had done many bad things in the past, plus a lot of the things they wear, and more, are of the pagan ways.
When you read about God allowing bad things to happen to people [ you can find these things in the bible ] , its because of sin and disobedience. God does not just have people killed for no reason. The churches in the past [ and even some in the present ] took a lot of what God was trying to explain to them and twisted it to their satisfaction or really believe they were doing good. God always has a good reason when he does something...and its for our sakes as well...plus lessons we can learn from.

I don't read fiction books.

You apparently have never had a near death experience. That's OK because in less than 50 years you will find out.

many near death experiences. I stopped breathing several times as a baby, once when I was 13 on life support for 3 weeks, had a horrendous car accident. I don't care about God, don't believe, never will. Afterlife is nothing more than a dream people have to control the weak mind.

Just curious why you feel the need to argue with anyone about something you don't believe. So.....why?

stating facts, I'm entitled to my beliefs even if they oppose someone elses. I don't like being told I need to believe in god, I don't want someone telling me that if I had a near death experience, i'll change my mind. I've had 4 near death events and I DO NOT believe in god!!! The bible is nothing more than a work of fiction to give weak minded people a way to explain what they don't understand nor want to understand. When you die, you cease to exsist.... the end.

You seem really angry about it. I just wondered why you would waste your time trying to do the same thing to JJ that most Christians try to do to non-believers. Your "stooping to their level" so to speak.

I can understand that, but just let it go. You'll be better off. Christianity is dying in this country anyway. What we're seeing in politics is just the final death throws.

I think everyone is entitled to their opinion and respect that.
Atheist - humans evolved from primates.
Christians - humans are the children of God.
You can have your own opinion without bashing, but I am afraid that is how some colleges teach students to debate.
