After Indiana supreme court said you better let police in with/without warrant, Indiana made it legal to shoot police for illegally entering property. Good or bad?

Being an investigator, I am familiar with the laws.

Unless your state personally adopts laws allowing law enforcement officials (which they should not do to begin with) to enter your home sans warrant, you are, technically, within your legal rights to defend your home against intruders.

However, be sure to thank effusively your local Liberal retard for makng that a very grey subject matter.

I think it's good but it sure is confusing! If you wake up and find a burglar in your home you're in trouble if you shoot him. We always say if that happens, drag the body out of the house. But it's OK to kill a cop and leave him right there on the living room floor....

Odd common sense would say its the other way around. If you shoot him in the door way it would look better if you dragged him in.

lol....now you're going to get me confused and if need be, I'll be dragging a body in and out, in and back out..............what the heck was I supposed to do!

When someone breaks into your home you have the right to use lethal force. So if you shoot them in the doorway and they fall backwards they may appear to not have been in your home. So the common sense one would say drag them in.

I actually do not really say either one. However, now there is a game plan. Let them come in then shoot them.

It is STILL Unconstitutional for police to enter without a warrant. This already happened to a guy in Indiana years ago. The police busted in on him and he shot first.
They have body armor, but so do many law abiding citizens. It's called tactical gear. Buy it for the protection of you and your family. It looks like they are going to need tactical gear in Indiana homes.

These Unconstitutional laws are the result of civil rights hating fascist liberals.

Tactical gear is fine but head shots are better.

A badge doesn't make a peace officer a God, if they misuse their uathority then they are nothing but thugs with a bigger arsenal than most.

That said, God help the poor soul who ever finds them self in that no win situation.

Police illegally entering a home,or any other place, are breaking the law. If I'm taken by surprise by someone entering my home they could very well be injured or killed.

A lot of cops have forgotten that they serve us, not we them. This will remind them.

We all have the right to defend ourselves.

If you don't think that you have a right to defend yourself, please explain why.
