After a year of stonewalling is it time for Eric Holder to resign?

Holder should be fired( not resign), then charged and jailed for the crimes he has committed.. but this government of ours thinks they are elected to heaven not government and must never answer to anyone. I am sick of it!

It's way past time for Holder to resign. Democrats in Congress went to the WH to demand his resignation behind closed doors. They were sent to Valerie Jarrett's office and came away frightened after she made threats against them.

Until Valerie Jarrett's protection is removed from the situation, Holder is an untouchable.

Allowing him to resign does a disservice to the American people. He needs to be charged arrested and persecuted, and when found guilty thrown into GTMO with the rest of the terrorist scum that threatens our safety.

I would be quite sad to see Holder resign...he should be impeached. And the same for his boss.

Eric Holder never should have been confirmed as AG. His role in getting the Marc Rich Pardon should have disqualified him for the position. His racist policy of prosecuting only white on minority voter intimidation should have alerted all Americans to the fact he is unfit for public office. His assignment of two attorneys to investigate the significant leaks of national security information is laughable. The left clamored for an investigation of the Valerie Plame incident and had a special prosecutor. That Holder didn't assign a special prosecutor here is disgusting.

His stonewalling and obstruction of justice on Fast and Furious is small potatoes compared to the depradations noted above in my opinion. One good argument for him not resigning is that he will be hanging like an Albatross off of his boss in the upcoming election.

One advantage of him NOT resigning would be that he would be hanging off of Barack Obama like an Albatross at election time. He'll look like a Pterodactyl perched on a Pygmy.

Eric Holder is arguable the most corrupt politician in America. The American people does not trust him after Fast and Furious and other issues. He's shown to be in someone's pocket, and by being there he hinders justice. Eric Holder needs to go - we're tired of a corrupt Judicial branch. Power to real justice.

Hope he tells Boehner face to face to stick his "citation" up his dirt chute. If anyone has "stonewalled" his duties, it has been Boehner and his crowd of red neck tea baggers
from Dixie. Maybe the Senate will respond with an "indictment" of Boehner, perhaps for
sedition, of which he and Sen. McConnell are clearly guilty.

No right now, I'd like to see him and this issue hang around for about another 4or5 months.

If Holder were a inept republican causing this much controversy he would have been forced out months ago but as usual the democrats say nothing and another one of their rats clings to power until they have no other option but to let go.

BUT he won't he is watching his homie's back...PLUS holder as a Private citizen could find himself in a situation where to save his own hide he would spill EVERYTHING from the relationship with the Black Panthers to Fast and Furious and how it ALL traces back to the POTUS...
