African Americans for Obama - What would the media think of Whites for Romney or Crackers for Gingrich?

In a move that can only be described as racist, obama has launched "African Americans For Obama." http://www.barackobama.com/african-americans/
Why do I call this racist? "How could you not?" would be a far better question. Think about it. The man is directly asking Americans, who happen to be black to vote for him, not because of what he has done, or what he will do, but simply because he is black like them. What an outcry there would be of Newt Gingrich started an organization of "Crackers for Gingrich?" Or, what if Santorum started "Honkies for Santorum?"
Can you hear their ads, if they were so foolish? "Vote for me, I am white like you." Why is this racist, if obama's "Vote for me, because I am black like you," isn't racist? The answer is "it is racist, no matter who does it."
Why is this blatant racist pandering not be called what it is by the media?
Watch the video. Though he is invoking the memory of Dr. King, he is arguing that blacks should vote for him because of the "color of his skin" not "for the content of his character."

I think Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would be horrified at what has become of his "I have a Dream" speech's theme. I think obama is a rank racist and needs to be defeated.
