According to the Bible, the Israelites took possession of the land of Israel through a brutal campaign of genocide. Why has the state of Israel not been charged by the International Criminal Court for these crimes against humanity?

There is irrefutable evidence in the books of Genesis, Numbers and Judges that land which is now the state of Israel was conquered and colonized by the ancient Israelites through a brutal campaign of genocide. Among the ethnic groups who were exterminated were the Canaanites, the Amalekites, the Amorites, the Midianites and the Benjaminites. There is no statute of limitations for murder, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Why has the state of Israel not been charged by the International Criminal Court with these crimes?

Now you can apologize for outright lying to me.
And, for the record, I have said absolutely nothing about Jewish people.
Furthermore, when a person is dead, they are not dug up and put on trial. Likewise groups of people are not responsible for the trespasses of those who came before them. Certainly civil cases have been brought by descendants to retrive what was taken from them, like artwork Nazis took, but as far as land, eh. If Native Americans sue the United States, then tribes that displaced other tribes could do the same, and only those who have DNA of the people who first to inhabited North America would be the final winners. The Middle East is an even worse, and a more confusing scenario, and it is not even a doable thing, even if it was a correct thing to do, which it is not. It is nothing more than a purely political ploy, once again, against the Jews. Doesn't this crap ever get old?
Israel has never been the problem. The problem is, anytime Israel gets attacked it kicks the ass of those who attacked it, and takes land off of them (typically that land has been given back. Boo Hiss!) And that problem is not one I have any symp...

Israel has never been the problem. The problem is, anytime Israel gets attacked it kicks the ass of those who attacked it, and takes land off of them (typically that land has been given back. Boo Hiss!) And that problem is not one I have any sympathy for the agressors and losers of those conflicts. So sad, too bad. Go ahead, attack Israel again, and I hope they keep the land they take, and populate it with plenty of Jews, and build Temples on top of what were once Mosques. At this point, that would be justice.
The Jews are no more responsible for everything than any other group of people, and it absolutely goes against the recognition of the individual, and individual liberty, to start some sort of reward of a group. What has happened, has happened, the people alive today have little to do with it.
