That is the most inept attempt at a legal letter that I have ever seen.reply - redhorse29 2012/06/26 07:35:42
What a waste of money and time. This is why the courts dockets are slow; they have to wade through crude filings.reply - U-Dog 2012/06/26 04:36:25

+4There should be tens of thousands of such letters to nearly all government personnel on hundred of issues. Corruption, deceit and intimidation must be exposed and dealt with in a manner consistent with law, order and decency. All in the spirit of a free society and a government that is of the people,by the people and for the people. We should not tolerate thugs among our representatives and public servants.reply - bob h. say what? 2012/06/26 15:46:00
+1The real problem with prosecuting corruption and all it's cousins, is that honest people have to be in the majority. That ship has long since sailed.reply - Striker 2012/06/26 04:29:32
+4I don't wish to appear negative here, but if somehow this goes to lawsuit in the court system, how long will it take with suits and countersuits and all the legal games before SCOTUS finally "rules" on this say two years from now?reply -
+3no, it is already in the court systems under an emergency injunction, which mans their is a critical time limit on it. the case will be heard before August.reply - Striker Teri- O... 2012/06/26 05:18:09
+2Now THAT is good news! But the way things have been proceeding (or NOT) thru the "justice system", can't we expect appeal after appeal and finally we end up on SCOTUS' waiting list until hell freezes over?reply - rdmatheny Striker 2012/06/26 12:46:27
+2It was filed as a "injunction case" which are granted priority due to the nature of the outcome which are the elections. Even if a appeal is filed, a injunction case has "expedited" privledges to be heard and ruled upon in appellate court.reply - Striker rdmatheny 2012/06/26 12:50:44
+1okay, thank you, that holds some relief.reply
