you do not need to come on here and call people tards. It may be that some people do not know the story of where this boy is from. but his own parents say that he throws tantrums when they don't let him have cigs. I don't care if he is from a third world country or not, his parents still have a say in what this boy can and can not do.

Oh, so you CAN'T CONTROL YOUR CHILD AND SAY "NO"???! It's a freaking cigarette, you're NOT supposed to give it to your child just because they scream and cry if you don't, what you have to do is say "no means no and I'm never letting you smoke and that's final" and LET THEM CRY!

This is a clear case of a lack of parental authority. Who is in charge here the father or the child? Pretty clear who is and that poor child will pay for it in the long run.

Children only know what they want and not what is good for them. And the questions need be raised as to how this all started. Not likely that one day the child decided he wanted to smoke.

Whatever happened to parenting, did this idea just fly out the window? Aren't we supposed to do what is best for our kids? Are you going to give your kid everything they want? I'm not buying it, this is the worst father of all time. The kid will be lucky to get to his twenties or thirties befor he dies from some type of cancer related disease. I guess it would be okay to allow your child to play in the road, if he wants to? This guy needs his a$$ kicked for doing this, what a great example of a dad. I hope this is fake, so kid will have a chance at life.

As I have heard before. A kid won't die from crying. Shove him in his room and shut the door.

I know this was a news story, but I think it's hogwash. I remember a couple of years ago there was another foreign family that claimed that their daughter cried real shards of glass supposably because God or Allah or whoever had made her a messenger for his awesomeness. Well, that turned out to be a hoax but they showed it on TV! So they have a kid with a cigarette in his month at different times being shown on camera. Could he be smoking, yeah it's not uncommon in some regions. But I doubt it's 40 cigarettes a day, even adults have to work at smoking 2packs a day. I know I use to.

You have to admit crying shards of glass is something so unbelieveable. but a child smoking sounds alot more possible.

Not 40 cigarettes a day. Unfortunately, kids do smoke in underdeveloped countries but they face the same problem as their parents money for the smokes. The girl with the glass tears got followers and was a sensation for awhile until an magician figured out how her father was coaching her. What's sad is that these children will be continued to be used for props until they are too old and will be of no use. Abuse is not always a black eye. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about it.

Yes, Peter Griffin shared this with us last week, and CNN news shared it this week. They actually had him on television smoking. Just goes to show sensationalism is more important to the media than the health of a two year old. His parents should have been arrested on the spot and foster parents been waiting to take him home to a nice safe house at the end of the show. This was the most obvious case of child abuse I have ever seen to light a cigarette for a two year old and give it to him in his obese state at that. The media who is broadcasting this should be charged with aiding and abetting. What is this world coming to when a two year old being allowed to kill himself is the joke of the day. Letting him chain smoke lighting one cigarette at a time for the public to be entertained by when our troops are dieing, our waters are being polluted, and children in the world are hungry. Seeing it brought tears to my eyes while others thought it was some kind of funny joke. And I believe quite a few people brushed it off because the kid wasn't American. American or not, his body is still God's temple to be respected and protected from all harm until he is of age to no better. Forgive us lord for we know not what we do!

If this is true, someone needs to see if his parents have any functioning brain cells.
