A Letter in Support of Chick-fil-A
A Letter in Support of Chick-fil-A
Liberals v Companies That Operate With Christian Family Values

We hereby declare our support for the executives, franchise owners and more than 61,000 employees of Chick-fil-A for their Christian business practices, as well as their stated support for biblical values, which is to say traditional American family values.
The restaurant chain is under assault for remarks made by CEO Dan Cathy, who said, "We are very much supportive of the family -- the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business ... and we give God thanks for that."
The mayors of some of America's largest cities, including Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, have made known their objection to Christian businesses, and they made clear their intent to make it difficult for Chick-fil-A to operate in their cities.
Typical of those objections was this proclamation by Chicago's Rahm Emanuel: "Chick-fil-A values are not Chicago values." (Apparently, Chicago values include becoming the murder capital of the nation, while hosting Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, the Christian-hating race baiter who, ironically, opposes same-sex marriage.)
In response, we, the undersigned, declare our support for any business that operates with Christian values. Accordingly we also declare a boycott against tourism or business conventions any city that declares its opposition to such Christian owned and operated businesses.

TruBluTopaz 2012/07/30 22:44:50I support Chick-fil-a+13My three kids have all worked for ChikFilA. My oldest son is now a manager. His general manager and ten year employee of the company happens to be gay. It never comes up as a topic. They have all gotten scholarships. They have all learned managerial skills. The food is listed as among the healthiest fast food offerings and their locations are clean and their employees courteous. What purpose would it serve to be rude and make teenaged cashiers cry? What sense does it make to go on a liberal rant and then buy twenty bucks of food? This is just another liberal smokescreen, just like the hype over Romney's Olympics comments #WhatWillBeTheNextObamaSmokeS...

I guess Chicago values are to have dozens of people gunned down on their streets each week with illegally acquired handguns.
'NUFF SAID.
Another point that should be made is that Chick-Fil-A does not discriminate against homosexuals or any other group. Homosexuals are just as welcome to purchase a chicken sandwich as anyone else at a Chick-Fil-A.
...
Also the Jim Henson Company (The Muppets) claiming to "...celebrate and embrace diversity" is pure hypocrisy on its part. Embracing diversity means being open to a variety of different values and different points of view, not just those that you agree with. What Henson calls "embracing diversity" is nothing more than political double-talk for embracing homosexuality. Since this is what the Jim Henson Company really means by diversity, it should have the intellectual honesty and fortitude to say so.

......."you need to understand that some owners should keep their mouths shut if they do not want to go under."
Supporting gay marriage weakens your countries strengths and sakes all of us more venerable to enemies, both domestic and foreign. Consider the strength of America in the first 2 World Wars and the Vietnam wars. America stood in unity against the gay agenda. When they started coming out of the closet our country has been in decline ever since. Prove me wrong with real facts if you can.
I don't need to prove anything to someone like yourself not because I cannot but because as I can tell from your comments you wouldn't believe anything other then what you already think.
now, how does gay marriage weaken us? I'm sure attacking the gay people just because some little thing different about them is the bigger problem.
I support the people in Chick-fil-A to believe what they want just like with everyone else but I do no have the same beliefs as their CEO
also I don't like their food because of the taste seems off which probably deals with how they store the food products and where they are getting the food products
really to me there is no point in all of the hubbub about what ONE person said
But it's not about the rights, it's about changing the definition of the word.
When black people wanted equal rights with white people, they didn't want to be called white, they just wanted the same rights.
If gays really wanted the same rights, then they would be happy with a civil union that provided the exact same rights.
But that's not nearly as important as making everyone else change the definition of a word that's had the same meaning for thousands of years.
The other alternative is to get the government out of the personal relationship business, and then my point wouldnt' matter. :-)
you can check everything I've ever posted, and I NEVER talk about what I've gone through, I only ask what others think, and why. That being said, I would ask you to please realizr=e that I've gone through as much discrimination as anyone who hasn't lost their life and that you pklease focus on the right, not hte word. why? Becasue the word is about control and the right is about the right.
