The chip implant is one of the laws slipped into Obamacare. Yes, all American citizens will be required as of March 2013 to have the chip implanted. When this happens our freedom is totally gone. We will be saying, "Good-by Freedom".

It is a must to vote Barack Obama out of office to maintain our Freedom.
Obamacare must be repealed as well.

I'm better at understanding English grammar than I am with intricate legal documents as "you yourself" might imagine, but I can handle discerning a full-blown line of BS when I see surveys such as this. Linkums is correct in not buying into that pile...good luck believing otherwise.

I don't have to, the onus (burden of proof) is upon the person making the positive statement.

While I don't agree with that statement (this isn't the court of law and in many instances, that isn't the case.) here is the proof that it isn't.

I'm looking at it as a quasi debate. (debated for years and also was a moderator) In many cases in formal debate not defending a positive statement with reliable evidence is at best useless and often will result in a penalty.

I don't use snopes here. Most Conservatives will dismiss it without even reading it.
  • Z Primiti... 2012/07/10 02:34:21
    Z
No, most conservatives won't. That is an absurd position to take, and one without any evidence to support it.

Let me rephrase, it has been my experience that most conservatives on SodaHead dismiss Snopes.com. Would you like me to post a poll in an attempt to discover what Conservatives on SH think of Snopes?

You can if you want, but only conservatives that don't trust snopes will actually use it. It's the passion problem.

I'm speaking most of SH Conservatives. Many (at least those most active here) do suffer from "the passion problem". Confirmation bias is actually a problem here with most regulars to the news/politics section regardless of political affiliation or affinity. And yes I am aware that this too is a generalization. It too is simply a result of my experience and observation. I don't offer it as a fact, simply as an opinion.

Well, while that is true, that isn't what the passion problem is. The passion problem is a political science term that essentially means ponies generally only act when they are passionate about something. Some ponies refer it to as the silent majority.

It's impossible to prove that it's not there without reading the entire PPACA to you. Again the Onus is upon the person making the positive statement to prove their positive statement. So please feel free to prove that it is in the current law and that it means what you believe it does. Make sure that you actually use the PPACA as passed in Congress, enacted by President Obama and upheld by the SCOTUS and not an earlier or partial version.

Again I don't need to, I'm not trying to prove something isn't there. I don't care if you believe something is there without reading it yourself.
