as long as this whole ordeal wraps up soon. it bothers me when gay people get in my face and accuse me of not giving them there rights, just as it bothers me when straight people get in everyone elses face, calling it disgusting and so on. to each their own

The only people who have a problem with it, have no real, substantial way to back up their reasons. Those who support it, support it out of love. Those who are against it, are against it due to intolerance, and not believing in the first amendment to the US Constitution.

Sure! It doesn't effect me, and if they love each other why not? In fact it doesn't effect anyone, so I don't get it, that someone would be against it. I get it that some people have this religious thing, but they can't force there religious beliefs on everyone else.

Only 54%? Holy sh*t.....The level of ignorance is astounding. Gays have every right to be joined in marriage as heterosexual couples. There are no significant moral, physical, or mental differences between either group so why should be treat them as inferior or different?

Who wants to "propose" to this beautiful Golden Retriever and commence a "meaningful relationship" that should be "honored" by all who are disposed to "unions" between consenting animals? Believe me, this partner will remain faithful and loyal much longer than the average "gay" partner, and will never cheat on you or bring you a fatal disease.
  • Rob Wil... A Found... 2012/06/08 10:21:53

And straight partners NEVER cheat on you or give you diseases...

I didn't suggest that. You see, it is the sexual thing that so obviously is the controlling issue - where you put your penis when the urge strikes, which is much too often for most who use their tool as a brain. So, the Golden Retriever is the best choice for a companion and a good book can relieve much of the boredom that is a precursor for the sexual activities.

Technically. I support Marriage and Civil Partnerships being separated, with marriage being a religious ritual, and civil partnerships being financially and economically joined in the eyes of the government. So any religious institution could perform gay marriages if they want, and any adults can get a civil partnership independent of their gender.
