"Too little too late ..........." Why do you say that? Johnson will be on every ballot in all 50 states... (57 states, for Obama supporters), just as Libertarian Party candidates have been for the last two dozen years. The LP is the only 3rd party that has obtained ballot access across the nation. None of the others have been allowed to play in the "Republicrat's" sandbox. The only other POTUS wannabee's that can make that claim is Barry and Mitt.

Every American voter in the nation will have the same opportunity to push that button, pull that lever or punch that 'hanging chad' for Gary Johnson, just as they have the same for either of the two "major" party candidates.

Besides, Fox News has Johnson polling between 5% & 10% across the nation and as high as 10-15% in a handful of western states, like Nevada, Colorado... and those states are swing states with high PresBarry support. Johnson is pretty liberal on social issues, and that's cutting into the Obama vote as many Dems (especially the fiscally conservative Dems) are disenchanted with their darling of 2008.

If Johnson can poll at 15% or better, he would be allowed in the Republicrat Debate Club... an exclusive group that seeks to find truth only among THEMSELVES... and keep out any actual solutions to what ails our nation.

After all, if you run a big government operation that hands out band-aids and aspirin to the sick, it's not in your best interest to allow someone on the platform that is offering an actual CURE for the disease!

As Doggy said, Gary Johnson ALREADY HAS the NOMINATION of the party that begged him to run with. After being a REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR FOR TWICE AS LONG as Romney... the GOP ignored him during the primary as he advocates policies that many GOP members can't accept. He was only allowed to participate in one debate (on Fox News) and many of the national polls never included him in their polling choices. The "Romney" fix was in from the git-go... Deep pockets can do that...

REGARDING Name Recognition: I "guess" you missed the part about I said "If Johnson can poll at 15% or better, he would be allowed in the Republicrat Debate Club..."

The reason why there haven’t been any 3rd party candidates in the Presidential debates is that the 'Republicrats' have a "BI" partisan committee sponsoring the debates with YOUR TAX MONEY.

It used to be that the League of Women Voters sponsored all POTUS debates, but that was before 1998 when the LWV shut out all 3rd parties from the 19 states that had Governor Races that year. The LWV sponsored each of those, along with the respective state ETV/PBS network. They only allowed Dems and GOP. In 1998, 11 of the 3rd party candidates sued LWV&PBS over their exclusion policy... only the court case in Minnesota did the 3rd Party (Reform Party) win... and as a result of that debate, Jessie Venture won the election and served as governor.

After that debacle, the LWV changed their policy to be inclusive of 3rd parties.

And that's when the Democrats & Republicans in Congress voted to create a taxpayer funded sponsorship of the Presidential debates, kicking the over 60 year tradition of LWV sponsorship to the curb.

Since then, NO THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES have met the REPUBLICRAT THRESHOLD of 15% in polls that didn't include any other choices other than the Dem or the GOP candidates.

In SC, the Libertarian Party had a recording of a pollster saying "If the race was today, would you vote for (Dem) or for (GOP)? The person called said they were voting for the Libertarian candidate that was also on the ballot. The pollster said that the call would be logged as "Undecided".

Of course, if Johnson can get over that 15% threshold in national polls, it would be hard for the Majors to keep him from playing in their sandbox.

Johnson advocates Liberal social policies that many Dems like.

Johnson also advocates Fiscal policies that many Repubs like.

That's why Barry and Mitt don't want Johnson to spoil their contest. In fact, Romney has hired a group of attorneys to see if they can keep Johnson off the ballot in Michigan and in several other states.

THAT's the America that we get from those who crave power more than they desire what is best for our nation.

This is one of the more egregeous BALDFACED LIES of the Obama administration and his supporters and one that has LONG since been fully exposed as such..

Even Obama doesn't DARE to make the claim anymore and one ONLY continues to hear it from his most ignorant and uninformed dedicated liar supporters..

The Bush Administration had an Operation,, which they code named "Wide Reciever",, that had included the FULL Notification,, Permission and Cooperation of the Mexican Government.. They made certain that ALL weapons involved were "Tagged" and could be traced at ALL times.. American Law Enforcement monitored them on THIS side of the border and Mexican Law Enforcement did so when they crossed the border ijnton THEIR country.. Eventually,, ALL but a few guns were recovered AS Planned..12 guns came up short in the inventory and the DANGERS of having these guns in the actual hands of the Drug Cartels became something that concerned everyone involved.. The Guns turned up.. The Mexicans had traced and recovered them but an error caused them to be stored in one of their MILITARY Storage lockers instead of their Evidence lockers.. THOSE guns were ALSO returned to American Authorities..

Nevertheless,, the DAMAGE was done.. The FEAR of losng guns to the Cartels was Established and it was deemed too much of a risk to keep the operation going.. The Bush administration ENDED "Wide Reciever" in early 2007.. NO OTHER such operation was conducted under the Bush administration from that time on to the end of Bush's Presidency..

Enter Obama in January of 2009.. Before the FIRST year of his administration is over his Administration initiates an operation which THEY named "Fast and Furious".. Significant differences can be noted between the two operations separated by more then two years.. There was NO Notification of the Mexican Government and therefore NO Permission.. Knowledge or Cooperation of the Mexican Government were ALSO absent and rendered IMPOSSIBLE under the circumstances.... The operation involved THOUSANDS of guns of which only a FEW were tagged with the necessary technology that would have allowed them to be traced.. At least TWO have been linked to MURDERS of American Citizens here in the United States.. SInce this all became PUBLIC,, the Mexican Government has linked these guns to hundreds of deaths of INNOCENT civilians in Mexico and THEY have lodged an OFFICLA Protest against the Obama Adminstration for their BREACH of INTERNATIONAL LAW..

Altogether, 2,020 firearms were bought by straw purchasers during Fast and Furious..These included AK-47 variants, Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifles, .38 caliber revolvers, and FN Five-sevens. MANY of the weapons,, more then 75% of them,, that were recovered could NOT even be Legally Owned by the average American Citizen NOT holding the rarely given and extremaly expensive permits required BY LAW.... As of October 20, 2011, 389 had been recovered in the US and 276 had been recovered in Mexico for a GRAND total of 665 guns recovered out of 2020. As of THIS date,, The rest,, 1355 guns,, remained on the streets, unaccounted for. Most of the guns went to the Sinaloa Cartel, while others made their way to El Teo and La Familia...

Now..What is written above are the FACTS.. There is NO linked between the Bush and Obama operations whatsoever EXCEPT,,

When a Presdient and his Administration ends their term and passes on the respective jobs to the next one,, there is a period called a "TRANSITION Period".. THIS is where ALL information regarding ANY and ALL operations conducted under the outgoing administration are passed on to the incoming one..

Obama and the Departments such as State,, Justice,, FBI ,, CIA and Homeland Security would have ALL been FULLY briefed on the Subject of Wide Reciever.. They would have been fully informed as to WHEN it began,, WHAT the goals were and how successful or not that they were infulfilling those goals and WHY it was ENDED and ALL conditions under which it WAS ended....

At the EXACT TIME that "Fast and Furious" was getting underway the President of the United States and his Secretary of State were BOTH making speeches on National TV LOUDLY blamming America,, the American people and the LACK of Gun Control Laws IN America for "95%" of ALL the Gun VIolence in Mexico.. It would be more then a YEAR after this that America would hear of the Death of Brian Terry in December of 2010 and MONTHS after THAT before her people would learn of the LINK between his Murder and Obama's GUN Conrtrol Scheme.. It would be another year STILL.. A year of LYING to Congress BY the Obama Administration,, before THAT Administration would even get around to admitting that there ever WAS a Fast and Furious Operation and when they simply COULD NOT lie and deny it any longer,, They did what Obama does EVERY TIME he has to go before the American People and EXPLAIN why he NEVER should have been elected President in the FIRST Place..

HE,, and his Administration,, Blammed Bush.. Yes Sir.. THEY blammed Bush and had their ASSES handed to them for doing so....
