Dinesh D'Souza and Barack Obama are about the same age. Dinesh D'Souza came from post-colonial India. Obama's heritage is in colonial Kenya, just before its independence. But those two men learned diametrically opposite lessons.

D'Souza learned that you could come to America and make it big. But Obama "learned" that everything that Europeans and especially Americans did was wrong, and they had to pay.

The movie 2016: Obama's America sets up this contrast. D'Souza made good in America. Why couldn't Obama make good?

Because he never wanted to.

    It would be bad enough if all that Obama knew how to do was complain about what an ugly country this is.

    But he wants to tear it down. And now, for the first time, we see why.

    And it took an immigrant to show us why, and to show us that his alien heritage can't be the only thing to blame for his attitude.

    I haven't had a chance to see the movie yet. But when the first lady bacame the first first lady to say that for the first time she was proud of this country, for me, she hoisted a red flag the size of Texas.

    It really bothers me that Barry is not pulling this off alone. He's not the only one with such a warped view. I will never understand how Obama could get where he is today. I will never understand how so many can follow and honestly believe Obama has their best interest at hand. It has a spooky feel to it.

    Obama was raised with different parents, his mom was a big commie, anti colonist, so was his grandpa, he was abandoned (or felt as though he was) by his father. He had extremist professors and role models they molded him this way, or it was by design. why do you think he gave the bust of Winston Churchill to the English. He is doing exactly as he planned...to gut America and even the playing field around the world. If you have not seen the movie you should.

    It sadness me to see so many patriots who will not take the time and do
    some research on why Obama and Mitt do not have the best Interest

    Well yes, and most Paulbots steer all the threads into a Paul topic. Also for some strange reason they think they will convince people to vote for Paul by trying to paint Obama and Romney on the same canvas. Only Paulbots have the ability to see these polar opposites as the same.

    But hey, I don't mean that in a bad way.

    I must be a new Paulbot for I was voting Dem for every election, Until I followed the money. I asked myself why would Obama passed the second Bailout after Bush had done the very same thing. And Now I hear rumors that the next Bailout is in the future whether it is Obama or Mitt we will most likely have yet another bailout.
    I will never vote Dem Or Rep unless the person will follow the Constitution and not start preventative wars. This Election Cycle If I don`t write in RON PAUL I will most likely vote Garry Johnson.

    Save the gas and stay home. A vote for Johnson is a vote for Obama. A vote against Mitt and a vote you get zero out of. Seems the Paulbots just want to send a message. It translates into no respect the next time around.

    I will not listen to any MSM or unions who say Mitt is the best for our country he is NOT! or Obama who need 4 more years to fix the mess Bush left.

    His father was a British colonial subject. That's as much "from Kenya" as it has to be, to disqualify him.

    But I'll give you this: he does not *remember* Kenya. So he fights for a re-ified version of "the ideal post-colonial society."

    Dinesh D'Souza has at least lived it and knows what he's talking about.

    take a close look at the pics. there is NO WAY the guy from kenya was his dad.
    what did D'souza live? his entire premise is based on his belief that the guy from kenya was BO's dad.its obvious he wasn't. so his theory fails.

    Actually, D'Souza covers Frank Marshall Davis, too. Either the absentee father or the not-quite-stepfather ("nearby guy") is just as bad.

    And I am not convinced, by the way, that Barack H. Obama Junior is not the son of Barack H. Obama Senior.

    What else can you possibly expect from a person, D'Souza, who has made an entire career out of a "what if - one thing or another" approach to all topics he discusses? Ain't that deep. The trailer is lightweight approach and information, with dramatic music. The M'Night Shyamalan of politics.

    Obama childhood was a built on a false parental model. Both his parents were largely absent and he was raised by his grand parents. His political foundation was shaped by a constant exposure to socialist, marxist and anti American radical views. Obama hates the English for being in Kenya and the pseudo wrongs impose on his radical father. No Obama is what he wants to be and unfortunately in a place where he can do irritable harm to this nation for decades to come.

    One President Obama hertiage is not Pre Indepenant Kenya it is Pre Statehood Hawaii. Second Obama does not Hate America. Tell me you dislike the actions of a Sister or brother, do you hate them or can you be adult enough to accept that they can make mistakes and you love them anyway and you hope that they correct those Mistakes. So what is it Unconditional Love no matter what they do or Love but accepting people or nations can make Mistakes ?

    Obama was rejected by his POLYGAMIST father.. than by his whack jack mother who seem to think being peeing in a hole was a actual goal for her family.. when that didn't work out and her second husband gave her a good life .. rejected her son by sending him to live with her parents while she kept her daughter with her.. his grandparents weren't happy raising him either but did their job sending him to the BEST schools.. it's no wonder he's such a COLD fish that rejects the country that GAVE him the best in life yet embraces the father who was nothing more than a drunk.. THE MAN NEEDS A SHRINK.. He has an identity problem so far he's compared himself to Lincoln.. Regan .. Washington.. etc.. ALL of them dead..NONE of them alike BUT his actions are like his communist friends.. he's one messed up guy..

    An accurate description of why Obama and his failed philosophy are not the direction the majority of Americans want. Socialist, communist teachers and friends are not conducive to good leadership or in Obama's case any leadership!
