2013 - The far right won. Everything will now be fair and equal according to the far right. Exactly how do they accomplish this?

I'm not sure about the 'fair & equal' claim because that's the mantra the left has been pushing for 100 years and recently put it on steroids.

However, their idea of 'fair', is to discriminate against those who are successful and 'equal' out what they have accumulated with those who didn't earn or deserve.

None of our founding documents were written with redistribution on mind.... quite the opposite. That ideology goes against the reasons we went to war with King George III and established a Nation that didn't follow a European form of government or rule.

Everyone is afforded the same opportunities for what they choose to do with their life but the phrase "Life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness" was never intended as a guarantee that all results would be the same.

Fair is something that comes to town once a year where you get cheated with their games of chance.

Equal is a sugar substitute that makes you believe it is a good thing even though it contains Aspertame which is bad for you.

So, just like with the above definitions anything the government tells you is fair and equal will probably cheat you and be bad for you.

    Ronald Regan explained it best.............

As long as there are two divided sides there will never be equality, besides that the only thing politicians are concerned with is filling their pocketbooks. No matter which way the election goes, the people will lose.

I know that's the way most people are feeling now. But this has nothing to do with the politicians. This is a question about you, Ms. Ashdragon88, are now the Head Woman In Charge. Your far-left side, notice not the left, not the center, but the far-left side has won all the marbles. Sorry, I'm on the other question. This one is for the far right. Okay, so your far-right group has won all the marbles. Now how are you going to implement a fair and equal government? What do you see as a fair and equal government? How do you see this country operating under our new flag words "Fair and Equal"? Not an easy question.

What's "Fair an Equal" is a matter of opinion. What is fair for one seems unfair to someone else. Since everybody has an opinion, "fair and equal" is thus impossible to accomplish, but there are many fools out there who will seek to do that anyway. Their tool is the Force of government.

Only true Liberty permits each man to determine this for himself, and only for himself. This alone is all the reason we need to insist that we NOT be Governed.

Love ya, big guy, but none of that matters. What we are hearing today is fair, fair share, equal. So your side, the far right [and you is generic because it's easier to write that way] has won everything. You are in control. You are the Head Man in Charge. How do you implement whatever fair and equal means to you? Where do you begin? What do you ask of your congress? Do we have a congress any longer under our new fair and equal leadership?

So long as Government remains, No People get to make those choices. Plus there's darn little to say that even the Constitution remains to restrain the Rulers, of which I would NEVER consent to be one!

I agree, up to now we've had no guarantee. But you have just been elected as the Head Man in Charge of the new government which has been voted in on Fair and Equal. You are the head of the far-right party. Notice, I did not write this about the right or the liberatarian, and I have another one for the far left somewhere here on SH. You are the HMIC of the "Fair and Equal" Far-Right Party. What is it that you see for your party, your country, what's in store for us all now that we're all fair and equal, and how do you implement same? Maybe first we need to start with a definition of fair and equal. How many different definitions do you suppose will come our way?

I thought I had addressed that without actually spelling it out... but here goes.

I don't recall 'the far right' ever making the claim of fair & equal.
What I have heard is people taking personal responsibility for their lives and not be looking for big government to wipe their butts for them throughout their lifetime.

It seems funny that people used to be capable of doing their own wiping but somewhere in the 1930's, government stepped in and insisted they were no longer responsible for doing so.

That's when the European style nanny-state began, where everyone gets a trophy regardless of their effort.

From then on, it was a redistribution method where a certain segment of society could jump aboard the train and ride for free. Over the years, each generation has expected more and become experts at gaming the system

My fair & equal plan is the same the founders left us, that one can soar as high as they choose, or spend a lifetime complaining about those who have. It's all a series of choices and we are all given that same opportunity to make our own.

Did you actually read the question? This is not a gotcha question. This is not my party against your party question. This is a hard question that requires some thought and clarification of our own beliefs. I have two questions going here on SH, one having to do with the far left and this one with the far right. I purposefully did not include the middle structure on these. I think those of us who actually live somewhere in the middle are already closer together than we think.
The far left talks a lot about fair, paying fair share, equal. The far right has sometimes a "My way or the highway" attitude. So the question is posed: You, Ms. JanHopkins, are now the Head Woman in Charge. Your far-right party has been elected. You can have everything you want to have. You believe in fair and equal. So what is it that you are going to do to enact fair and equal?

I don't thing the far left or the far right could accomplish this. Neither one wants fair and equal. They both want everyone to do things their way. My hope is for the majority of us in the middle to compromise enough to get to a live and let live situation.
