By the way, Deuteronomy is old Testiment, and Christians are not under the mosaic law, that was for Jews at that time, and not for modern times. That was the law in those times, and no longer is applied today. Sadly, sharia law is sharia law, and from the day it came from an insane pedophiles brain, means it has not changed at all. They may read from it, but we do not obey the laws. It still has importance, but Christians are not Jews, and so they do not have to obey the mosaic laws. Jesus Christ gave his followers, Christians, a new testiment to follow. The ten commandments are important of course, but otherwise no. The laws laid down by God to Moses are applicable today. Thou shalt not kill, though humans tend to ignore this. The laws, ten commandments, laid down were good laws and if people followed them instead of disobeying, we would not be experiencing these problems today.

Understand this, as you appear to be failing to grasp the concept. Christians do not follow the OT as they have the NT from Jesus Christ, followers of Christ. The NT commands were given to Christians, 'love' was the main one. Whilst, we read and include the OT, we are not under the OT rules and laws. We are not Jews, but Christians. Only Jews follow the laws of the OT. We include both books because Jesus was a Jew, but decided to go another way, his way to that of how the Jews did it and those who followed him became Christians, e.g. followers of Christ.

New Testament is Jewish History. The Jews don't even go by that! Let alone Christians. People always have to pull out that crap. The Quran says to do such things and they do it!! They are still living in the 9th century!! Jews and Christians have moved past this kind of thing.

What many do not realise is that what happened in the OT, and the commands then, were for just then, not into perpetuity. In the quran, all verses are for perpetuity, e.g. from then and always! 7th century. Mohorrid came up with his rant in 640 or so. I forget the exact date.
