In his prepared testimony, Bersin said 127 employees were involved in “acts of corruption, including drug smuggling, alien smuggling, money laundering, and conspiracy.” If this much has been discovered, how much more remains to be found?

Corruption?? Who is arresting these people?? our Justice Dept?? Oh, the most corrupt bunch of bureaucrats in America arresting other people for corruption. Anybody notice the irony here?

And no wonder the Border Patrol shot 300 bullets at some smugglers and they STILL got away?

If we have this much corruption in our federal authorities, there's no doubt, the authorities
in other countries must be as bad, if not worse. e.g. Mexico, Afghanistan, Iraq.....(taxpayer funded money pits)

You just watch, every one is going to go after these people like a duck on a june bug, and rightly so. What about politicians that break the law? What happens to them? Maybe a slap on the wrist?

As i have said MANY times, "law enforcement" is just another gang of thugs.Same mindset as any other gang members.Violent and self centered. The true heros are Firefighters,Marines,and Army personel (except m.p.'s of course)

The temptation is to much to resist for them and also I'm sure the cartel bribes them. My county sheriff went to prison due to be corrupt, he just couldn't control his urges to take money and drugs.

That's why the patriot movement has attracted so many "rational anarchists." Any law-enforcement agency has opportunities for corruption. "Internal Affairs" is a thankless job, but somebody's got to do it, or everyone will lose confidence in law enforcement.
