Government promised us jobs by using taxpayer funds to spend on projects -- the administration called it "Stimulus Spending." The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) spent some of its money on "Next Generation Identification Program" developed by Lockheed Martin Transportation and Security Solutions and IBM.

NGI will connect with tens of thousands of closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras to apply facial recognition to the American public. NGI has the ambitious goal "to reduce terrorist and criminal activities by improving and expanding biometric identification and criminal history information services through research, evaluation, and implementation of advanced technology."

GIZMODO.COM reports:
How would you feel if the government could easily track your movements by automatically identifying your face on images captured by the ever-growing network of CCTV of cameras in America? The FBI will be able to do just that soon, with its one-billion-dollar Next Generation Identification program.

While the government spends billions on cameras, and face recognition technology directed at us to spy on us all, people are being arrested for pointing cameras at police.

I hope I'm not the only one that sees the problem here. Its all about using our money and resources to keep us in line when its the government that stages criminal activities like fast and furious that needs the cameras pointed at them.

"l "to reduce terrorist and criminal activities by improving and expanding biometric identification and criminal history information services through research, evaluation, and implementation of advanced technology."

Typical government speak (GovSpeak) put it under the umbrella of fighting terrorism and you can do anything you want to freedom and civil liberties.

Indiana House approves bill covering police entering homes

    By Eric Bradner
    March 1, 2012

" INDIANAPOLIS — Hoosiers could legally defend themselves against police officers who enter their home under a measure that the Indiana House approved on a 74-24 vote, moving it another step toward becoming law, on Thursday.

The measure would overturn last year’s Indiana Supreme Court decision. The court ruled that homeowners do not have the right to use force against law enforcement officials who they believe are illegally entering their homes. ......

...... Proponents said the measure provides police with additional legal protection, while affirming the “Castle Doctrine” idea that homeowners have the right to resist anyone, including police, who invades their homes...... "

Except that Obama is only following Bush's lead. He (Bush) expanded Presidential Powers & illegally surveilled Americans without punishment or reprimand. Congress allowed it. Congress also passed The Patriot Act with bipartisan support... then the NDAA, also with bipartisan support. Notice a trend here? I don't know who's pulling the puppet strings, but someone sure as hell is & they'd like you (& I) to think that it's one or the other "party" doing the dirty work, but it isn't. It's both "parties" working together to weaken The People by causing us to hate our neighbor(s) so that they can increase their power... which seems to be working exceedingly well.

One cannot rationally look at the situation & blame one President or the other any more than one "party" or the other. It is painfully & obviously clear that it's both "parties" & that someone behind the scenes is directing our President(s) in their actions.

Eisenhower warned us. Ron Paul has been warning us for decades & the reason he's been belittled & demeaned is because he frightens the establishment so much.
The only people laughing now are the Plutocrats in charge.
It's horrible to watch one's nation collapse & become something ugly & frightening. But, since those willing to stand up & stop it are belittled & demeaned by the majority (sheeple), there isn't much hope for us as a nation.

No, if anything, a lot of them are just children fighting in the schoolyard. They stir the pot against the other side to make theirs look better. That's politics for you, I guess, for the most part, but we still have to individually choose, unless we want to be left with no choice or right to choose at all. I'm choosing the best available and most likely shot at not having four years of the same...
