How about, better yet... just don't vote for the "DEMOCRAPS" that you keep talking about? Barack Obama happens to be running under the "Democratic" party and doesn't at all fit the description that you are telling people to watch out for... so I guess that means you'll be voting for Barack Obama... if you actually have any brains to go with that attitude. ;)

    Have a nice day.

If you mean more than one vote, there is a "vote for" page also...
    http://sodahead.com/poll/84368
    ...that's part of this poll.

I have had one split write-in on another poll... I counted it as a half vote for each of the two.

Ideally, if two votes are cast they should each get a half-vote value whether they're both for, both against, or one for and one against. I just wanted to keep it simple, that's all.

I already cast my vote for that was easy. I would like more that one vote against :-)

Well, if the people who make own this site want to contact me, I'm a computer programmer (among other things) so I would be able to give them some viable tips on implementing a few improvments in the polling system that would allow balanced weighted polls, among other things. :)

Where I would really like to see it though is in an actual election.

I just don't trust the guy. He doesn't give me a good feeling. It is hard to know where he stands on things. He is more like a rock star that has all these people falling at his feet, but even they aren't sure why. I don't think he used good judgement in the Wright fiasco. He waffled too long, and he took too long to denounce him. This isn't the only thing, but I actually used to prefer him over Hillary, but the more I see of the guy, the worse I feel about him. It looks like he will get the nomination, though.

Actually, most (athough not all) are quite sure why.

You mentioned not knowing where he stands on things... any specific things? I might just happen to know and be able to tell you... although why people support him usually tends to have less to do with where he stands on the standard issues than on his skills in such things as communication problem solving, diplomacy, leadership, planning, and so on.

People also tend to like that he actually understands what life is like for the rest of us and really cares about not just the big issues but about life in general and how to make it better for all of us. And that's another thing... that he actually does understand that life is not a zero sum game, and understands how to make real change happens. He also understands that each of us has value as a human being and not just a constituent with a vote.
