This is a tough call but I had to choose one, so I chose this one based on the sole fact that a lot of people are downraving and have been for years but will not HONESTLY come out and say they did it or why.
I have not really been active on this site almost this entire year thus far and just recently this week decided to start to connect again and so far, since Monday, I have been downraved for no reason and called a "fucking douche" by a member named "F You" who also did this to several other people on the same poll for no reason.
True honesty comes from representing yourself and your beliefs in any facet or form of communication.
My real first name is Jennifer and everyone calls me Jenn, so when I created this profile, I decided to include my real name in my user name as a sign of my intent to be upfront and honest.
When I downrave someone, I will own up to that person as to WHY they received it, or at the very least, leave no question for the downrave, i.e. the person that called me a "fuckin douche" needed no explanation.
A long time ago I learned not to expect anything from anyone because more often than not, people fall short of most expectations and the only person who is let down is me if I expect things from them.
I think a lot of people WANT to be honest, but are incapable, for whatever reason, of being totally honest. Then there are those, very few people, that have no problem being honest about anything because they have nothing to hide, no skeletons in the closet, what you experience with these kind of people are what you get right off of the surface.
I've been fortunate enough to meet people like myself who have no problem with honesty in life and here on SH. Those are the people I mostly converse with...all others are just a flicker in time.....a flash of "omg are you SERIOUS?" and then I think of them no more....
