Our Great-Grandchildren Will Be Robots: Is the future scary?

About 40% of recent Science news is about the development of robots. This may mean that the Robot-era may boom any minute now. Scientist predict that technology will soon make us grow friendships and interaction with computers. If you're still not convinced of an impending change, here are just a few of the existing robots getting touchy and feely:

* An automated vacuum that detects emotions
* Fembots strutting their stuff on fashion show runways
* Mechanical warriors fighting alongside humans on the battlefield

This is just technology of the year 2009! Imagine how the robotic era will impact the world in 50 years from today.

    Merging with technology to a superconciousness which is controlled by software and AI... If I'm 100% authentic i guess that means when I'm supposed to be reprogrammed by some dude then I won't have to lose my individuality to said super-mega-insane-conciousness.. It's all an illusion

    The future under the Messiah is scary, but my grandchildren are being taught the real history of the nation, not the robot crap they get in public school by liberal robots. If my great-grandchildren get the same education I got and my children get and my grandchildren get, no problem. If you leave it up to the liberal school teachers' propaganda machine, good luck with your little robots.

    Hell , the whole military are the purest of them . They have been around since people were invented .
