Have you ever head of the orbiTouch Keyless keyboard? It's an ergonomic keyboard that has no keys! With the orbiTouch, you type by using two "ergonomically sculpted domes" and three-button mouse capability. In order to type letters, you just toggle the joysticks in different directions for different letters. The orbiTouch is supposed to help those with wrist injuries, or finger injuries, or those that get regular stress injuries from typing. Each dome-joystick slides into 8 different zones to type a character. (The domes do not twist).

I would have to try it before I could say one way or the other. It sounds as if it may be easyer. The Key Board has not changed in over a 100 years.

But I can definately see advantages of you have missing fingers, hand problems, etc.

Otherwise, it is much slower than regular typing.

Like the metric system in the US, I don't think this one will catch on - just too complicated for people (the majority) who DON'T have hand or wrist problems, or aren't gaming junkies.

I have an ergonomic keyboard for my desktop which I really like but rarely use. I think I'll pass on this one...I'm pretty tied to a regular keyboard.

Funny....I was just looking at a site that had what they called the weirdest keyboards. This one didn't impress me at all. While it looks cool I wouldn't even attempt to use it.

I have yet to use one, but I am sure I could swing it in no time. I can operate a Xbox 360 control like its my meal ticket, and I can text a novel in minuets on my cell.
